What I like is I called on July 2nd my air conditioning had gone out and someone got back with me that evening stating someone would be to my home July 3rd between 7am and 11am. Most companies usually say do the Holiday they can’t get anyone to you until Monday or Tuesday of the next week week.

Quick response to the claim as well as the ability to call a local company who could see us soon and get our water back on as soon as possible. It’s awful to be without water! If we had to wait for an out of the area vendor, it could’ve been a major disaster!

Very punctual and very little hassle. Had a couple of issues with our plumbing that requires two different calls. One plumber on the first call did not see any problem under our kitchen sink and left. The second plumber when he came out to address a separate issue was kind enough to look at the first issue and quickly saw the issue and worked with Choice Home to get that worked authorized at no additional cost. We are now waiting for that work to be scheduled and done. I like how this involved minimal involvement from me.

I SPOKE TO TAJAH WHO WAS VERY HELPFULL AND IF I UNDERSTAND CORRECTLY IF I HAVE A PROBLEM I CALL THEM AND THEY WILL FIX OR REPLACE MY PROBLEM AT NO COST TO ME. OTHER THEN THE SERVICE FEE TO COME OUT TO REPAIR OR REPALCE PROBLEM.

Choice has been extremely quick to respond to my claims. I had three and the first two were fixed within a week's time. A technician came to assess the third claim and has to order a part. It should arrive within two weeks and I know he'll come right away to fix it.

Extremely fast service. Other home warranties take 24 to 48 hours to respond to a request. Home Warranty responded immediately. They sent an experienced technician, Ben, that was professional and very knowledgeable . Highly recommend Choice Home Warranty. They are the best in their field.

Then to find out that the motherboard was bad, and I got the notification that $359 will be sent to me for a new washer was great! I just purchased a replacement for $540, and that check covered the majority! Thanks....

I would have given them a 5 star rating except the initial customer service was rough going. I was dropped a few times and until supervisors and management got involved I wasn't feeling the love. However, once management was involved they were excellent simply put. There was a problem on the communications part in the beginning which was straightened out after two days. Choice honored the agreement and things were resolved. Choice might want to look at their internet communications aspect to improve the customer experience.

I feel if something needs to be fixed, it should get fixed with reimbursement regardless if its in the house when it was bought. the older homes don't always have everything in your sections and the home owners should have to pay full price if they paying you all a premium that's why we have a warranty. some things aren't up to the standards you all recommend. the house is bought the way it was built back when ever it got built. I could see paying half of the bill not the whole built because of a tiolet had to be removed to fix the problem. That was the only way to get to the issue to fixed. The contractor did the job so more issues didn't happen but know I have to pay full price plus try to figure out to get an access to the sewer drainage in my house that wasn't there when I bought the home. You wont pay for two more contractors to come out to fix that know either, so that's on me again plus the whole bill from the previous issue. Thanks a lot, your not really saving me a whole lot now

I had American Home sheild I had a problem with my stove greenway was called they came out it took two months to fixed my stove. And American Home shield did nothing I haven't had choice long but I think they are great I plan to be with them a long time. And they're cheaper than america home shield too

Choice responded quickly to my claim (A/C broke down in 104 degree weather) and scheduled service call. The issue I had was the repair company Choice used. The repairman showed up as scheduled and was professional and knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem, told me he was going to get approval to repair my A/C and would be back the next day or day after. Three days later, I tried calling repair company for a status but they would answer their phone and their voicemail was full. Send electronic message to Choice and received a response and they scheduled the repairman to come two days later. In all, it took one week for my A/C to be repaired. It was a simple repair - replacing a fan motor. Choice could use a better repair company.

I have been getting a tremendous response time to check my appliance, usually within 2 days. I did have a part that was discontinued and the repair cost was more than what was allowed so I was offered a cash settlement less than 1/3 of a replacement for a refrigerator. I declined the offer and went to negotiation. I was given $200 more, but still a little above 1/3 of the cost of a new refrigerator. Over all though, I am satisfied with

When our AC went out I made a claim late on a Wednesday night. The claims department sent me an email immediately. There was a small miscommunication with the assigned company, My email from Choice had them coming on Friday and they had it as Saturday. Choice helped me iron this out and called me back with in an hour of my email. They responded quickly throughout the process and our system was fixed by Tuesday. It was a very positive experience.

I’m new CHW and with the Pandemic help has been slow in coming. I have been without Air Conditioning for over a moth. I’ve tried several times to get help. A nice young man did come out to check my furnace as the pilot light went out. I called again as I needed the Air Looked at. They assigned it to Henry & Sons who it turns out hasn’t been a contractor with CHW as they had been bought out. Ray’s Heating & Cooling Is the contractor. Whoever I talked to on phone scheduled them for 3 to 8 on 6/8/20. No one came so I called and No one answered but the automated Service. I kept calling and finally I was able to talk to someone who assigned the claim to someone else but I requested Ray’s. He was scheduled to come this Monday but didn’t make it. I think there was a hiccup in communication between him and the young lady I talked with. I’m 85 years young who has her newest Great Grandchild visiting from Alabama She is only 4 months old and is my 16th Great Grandchild. Ray the owner of the Heating and Cooling is very nice and polite Which is why I requested him. I had also checked his qualifications and work ethic on BBB

I am realiizing that as I file claims, the more difficult it is to get a technician out to solve the issues. Recently the pipe to the A/C was freezing up and once I filed the claim, it took 5 days for a tech to respond and show up. This was not a good wait time and I felt like my hands were tied because I knew that if I paid up front that I would probably not be reimbursed.

MY A/C was low on refrigerant and not cooling the house. I opened up a claim on line, within three days Choice home warranty sent a technician that checked the A/C unit and refilled it just for the service charge of $65.00. I am satisfied with the warranty coverage. Giorgio
