Best service ever. They were at my home in less than one hour! We had just been told by a prior company, that our air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. Quoted 14,000. Technician was on our roof for less than 5 minutes. BFS sent Johnathan to our home, after one hour on roof, he was able to do repairs and get our unit working perfectly!! Jonathan was extremely polite and very informative. The office staff was nice as well. Great company. You do not need a warranty plan with them, to have their service techs come out. Amazing company

They just charge you $75, and almost cover nothing, the ac blower's motor is not covered, what part of ac is covered, waisting money and time, please don't use this company

My realtor purchased the first year plan and I purchased the second year. I will not purchase a third year. The first time I used the company was for a garage door opener. Technicians arrived and said they would return with a new opener. They never returned and when i called, was told my plan did not cover the opener. I paid the $55 deductible to the technicians on their first visit and was told it was non-refundable. Second time was to report a leaking hot water heater that flooded my laundry room and kitchen while we were away. I was told they would get right back to me which they didn't. Called again and was told they would be out the next day. Horrible customer service with rude agents.

I had BFS for 21 years until they abruptly left the Orlando, Florida market with no notice. During the time that I had them, they were very expensive but generally took care of issues that occurred in a reasonable manner. One of the positive features was that there was no deductible for each service. However the yearly cost of the plan was high and most likely compensated for the no deductible.

After 20 years with BFS, dad a wall oven fail. After 3 attempts to repair was told their is nothing else they can do. Did not accept their lack of response. After getting the BBB involved, they made several offers. Have not accepted since offers do not cover the cost of a comparable replacement. If not resolved soon will litigate.
