Every issue we've ever had it is a hassle dealing with technicians that you send out. There is no communication from the technician with AHS at all. Very poor service from both sides. I do not recommend either parties.

Terrible customer service and always blaming contractors for a delay in completing repairs. I have had an open service request since May 19, and they have yet to fix my range cooktop that's a promise to fix by June 11.
