So far I've gotten the run around. No replacement unit, said replacement unit was delivered when it wasn't. Tried a cash buyout instead of replacing my heat/AC after a month of waiting. My husband and are are FREEZING in our home. Our next call will be to the media to see if they can get you to do what we paid for.

I have been without heat for 15 days and dealing with my 3rd contractor. Also, found out that AHS will not over costs for an emeregency ($150) for a weekend service. No, follow up after they assign a contractor to do the work. Also dealing with a 2nd service call that is 2years in and still the fan is broken and not working.

Contractor quality varies wildly. Some contractors know what they're doing, show up quickly, and fix things right away. Other take weeks to show up, are total idiots, and don't fix things requiring many, many repeat visits.

I have the top coverage that states garage disposal is covered but I didn't realize they do not replace product with something same or equal brand to you already have in your home.
