We just used it for a dishwasher problem, placed the claim online and the contractor called us, and they were here within a day or two and ordered parts and then came back and do the repairs so everything was so smooth. All the contractors we've used were exceptional. One had been forced upon us. They are prompt and knowledgeable.

They are good the and then once you got a hold of somebody. Very quality contractors. A good contractor came out and did the work, I had no problem with their choice of contractors. I like the service although it's hard to get a get in touch with somebody, so you call it and spend an hour on the phone waiting, but once you get through this is good.

Service was done very quickly and it was just the seventy five dollar charge for the warranty. We had really good experiences with them. Not very long ago we had both the microwave and stove top problem and it was solved for us very quickly the parts were replaced.

I haven't really had any issues with their their customer support. I've actually had to use it several times but recently I discovered my toilet tank was cracked and so I had to contact them so that they could contact a plumber to come replace my toilet. I've been overall really satisfied. I would say I've only ever had like a couple of times where I had some issues with the service and it was more the contractors that they chose than the actual service itself.

We were just very pleased with how quickly 2-10 came in and helped us. The man was very professional and he was very helpful and got the job done. Our air conditioning just froze up and it was leaking and we weren't sure if there was something going on with it so we called and somebody came out and took care of it.

When you call, sometimes you don't get them and you leave messages. Around the 12th of April we called for the upstairs air conditioner. It still has not bee repaired and we call every week. They keep saying they ordered the parts and will be there next week. The next week comes but still nothing. The feedback loop is not very good so we are very frustrated with the service. We've had lots of struggles because of COVID, we make service calls and they don't get attended to. We've had service people come, like when we have the air condition people come look and have no clue what the issue was. They said it was electrical and electricians came and said the compressor was down. They called a different company and that company comes in confirms it was the compressor and we wasted time waiting for the service.

I used my warranty for work on my unit. They weren't able to fix it so I received a new unit. Customer service is pretty good, I'm very pleased with what I've received from 2-10. I haven't used it much but I think I was able to receive the proper information. Very positive. Trustworthy

Customer service is not too bad, it's responsive whenever I call most of the time. The first year I had an HVAC issue, air conditioning, so 2-10 people got my air conditioning fixed. They replaced the fuel pump, that was great. Since then I don't have any problems for a few years. The service quality is mostly good. I think it's good service company.

They were very nice and polite, just kind of slow in getting things moving. Customer service is great. There's a lack of communication between the different companies 2-10 has. Between the customer care and getting somebody out here and getting the parts here and all the different sub-sections of the company they don't communicate very well with each other. I needed to have my air conditioning replaced and that was an absolute nightmare.

2-10 has done a lot of support for me whenever I've needed.They came out and repaired my fan on my air conditioner. It's been good everytime I've tried to use it except for a couple of companies they sent out that I don't care for that didn't do a good job, but they immediately sent out somebody different and they did a great job.

The service is fairly simple. They are quick to respond and they have very polite contractors. We went through the warranty when our ac wasn't working in the middle of July. Normal providers were not able to get to us for a week but they had someone out in less than twelve hours. It is efficient.

They are very responsive when it comes to issues found. Never had a problem or issue that I recall about this product. Last time I called because the AC went out around nine in the morning and by 2 o'clock of the afternoon someone was already there, the same day, on a Sunday.

It's convenient and very cost effective. The service provider that came out to repair my unit was very professional. They had to replace the coils on the air conditioner. They seem to be right on the request when anything is turned in. They are on it and they follow up on it.

The most recent time we had an issue, with our water heater, we were told we'd only have to pay a nominal amount to get a new water heater. I missed a call asking for authorization, so I called back to provide authorization. I didn't hear back from anyone, called to follow up to find out the status only to find out that nothing had happened because the note added by the rep was not specific enough. I provided my authorization to the person I spoke with during my second call and asked to speak with a manager, none was provided. I was assured the issue would be resolved soon. No correspondence for a day and a half, so I called back again to check the status. This time I found out that the claim was denied, but no one called me! The reason it was denied was because the type of water heater needed (direct vent) is over the covered cost. The rep I spoke with was great and worked to get a check cut to cover a portion of the repair/replacement of our water heater. Communication when statuses change or things go sideways on claims is non-existent.

Hot water heater was messed up, I called in and it took many many many many many calls over many days to get the issue resolved. It would be nice if the warranty covered some other things. It would be helpful whenever somebody calls in for customer service that they don't have to wait forty to forty minutes plus each time they call in, and people should reach out when they promise to reach out.

Every time I've had to call with an issue, they've been pretty responsive. We have had it for two years, and just recently we had a plumbing issue resolved and it took almost two and a half weeks to fix a leaky faucet. I wasn't the most impressed with it because every time I've had to have something fixed it seems to take forever and I think that's more the contractor than the warranty company.

It's affordable and they cover what they said they would, but the only negative thing I would say is just timeliness. Everything kind of takes two or three weeks. My refrigerator broke and they sent somebody out to fix the refrigerator. They told me they need to order a part and they would be coming back in a week to fix it, it's been about a month since they were last here.

I got 2-10 for potential protection if any appliance goes bad. Sometimes they do not respond properly and on several occasions they give me the wrong company. Once, the contact company said they don't deal with 2-10 anymore so that in itself makes a person wonder why. Also, I requested a plumbing service and no one ever responded, and recognizing the fact that the pandemic episode is going on now is the hinderance for it, I decided to be a bit patient but until today I have not gotten a response from a plumber.

The realtor who sold us the house recommended it to us. Every time I have a problem, they take care of it. The last time the dishwasher went out, they got a company out here and the company would not do its part so I called 2-10 and within a couple hours I got a call from another company that came out the next day.

Vendors take their time setting up appointments because 2-10 lets them. 2-10 should have someone tracking how long vendors take to do the job and let vendors know thier numbers are not acceptable. Vendors know customers are going to have to wait no matter how long it takes. 2-10 should have more vendors in each category. 2-10 should mange better.

Our water heater was leaking badly and we got it replaced. Unfortunately, there weren't any providers in my area or any contractors in my area so I had to find my own and then I was reimbursed. The only way it could have been better was if there were providers in my area. They didn't quite cover as much as I hoped when we needed to use them and like I said I have to find my own contractor and pay for it out of pocket.

The best experience I had was when the air conditioning stopped working and I got a quote from electrician for a certain amount of money and then I remembered I had a warranty and you guys were able to go in there and do the repairs for--I don't remember how much--but it was significantly less and it was repaired within a few days. The wait times on the phone can be pretty long and I have been told different things by different people, so I guess if they could give me the same information, that would be very helpful.

Well I've used my warranty a few times and sometimes it goes great but more often than not it's not really a great experience. Over a year ago, someone came out to fix my refrigerator and they said they would be back and they never came. So, I started to call them and they said that 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty never sent them the piece of equipment that they were supposed to use to work on it. My experience was very negative because I had a hard time getting in touch with them, and once I was in touch with them, I also had issues with them getting things done on time or in a sufficient way. They don't have much continuity, their way to go about things is constantly changing and they do it without informing you that is changing.

The second time I called, I was able to speak to a manager and had an excellent service call that went smoothly. We had our pool heater malfunction and after we called them they were very prompt and easy to deal with. They reimbursed me for a large portion of what it cost to replace.

Within a couple of weeks after we signed up with them, we had a problem with our garbage disposal and the sink wasn't draining properly. They responded quickly and everything was fixed the day the contractor showed up. We had another problem with our door locks and they reimbursed us a percentage of what it cost to replace.

This warranty came with our home purchase. We had an issue with our furnace and we got a call back two days later to get a local provider at our house to fix it. I paid a $100 deductible and they replaced a part and now we haven't had any issues with it. They've been very easy to deal with so far.
