First claim wasn't fixed correctly (completely) the first time. Technician wasn't familiar enough with product. Technician who came second time specialized in manufacturer of the product. Too soon to tell if repair fixed the problem.

The website seems to lag current information. When I call CS and a person who I think's name is Ken I get suburb, easy to understand service. Then I get someone from overseas, the connection is poor and I cannot understand them and I get very frustrated. I know they are trying their hardest. I am elderly and wear hearing aids. When I had an issue and worked with Janice C. things went very smoothly.

I have submitted a claim for my water heater not working. We have not been able to take a shower for almost a week now and I’m getting no response from Choice Home Warranty. I paid for a plumber to come out myself and he has submitted his diagnosis and they just keep asking questions. It doesn’t work and the Rannai company said they don’t supply yhe internal parts any more do a 20 year old system but Choice is not responding or approving any work or replacement. Not sure what the problem is but looks like they are trying to deny fixing it and I got the premium warranty. Why is this?
