I cannot get the camera to alarm on motion. It only alarms when a person is detected and it MISSES people and gives FALSE alarms CONSTANTLY!!!!

It never worked for more than a month. 6 plus techs came out over several months to try and fix equipment and connect problems. Nothing was ever resolved.
