Do not use Smith Thompson, All they care about is trying to get more money out of you and every answer is you need a technician, and 5 of 5 five times this has been a lie. Any issue I have had has been on the company side or a simple software setting. All that can be done remote.

System not working. Called Friday. Wount be untill Tuesday before a service person can come out. Not very prompt service.

Saturday's are our most popular day, so they can book out a bit. Most of the time, we're able to make it out same-day, or next-day for repairs though. We're sorry about that!
