They have a good reputation, and I know a lot of people who have ADT. I will recommend them, definitely. I have no issues with them. From the time I decided to get the alarm system and when their representative came to the house, they were extremely helpful, they worked with me, and understood my concerns. They didn't try to sell me something that I really didn't need, and they were very understanding about my budget, and they worked with it. They took their time to tell me everything that could be offered for me, and were just very patient. It's very good equipment; it's easy to operate, and I had no issues with it.

I had been thinking about getting one and they were recommended by several people. After we had had a couple of break ins in the neighborhood, I thought it would be a good idea to get a security system then. My experiences with them have been very good so far. Customer service has been very prompt. I accidentally set off the panic button and they were right on the ball immediately. They were also very nice and understanding about the mistake. I figured that since I walked in with my keys and a bunch of things in my hand I must've pushed the button without noticing. The service man that came to do the installation was excellent. He explained everything very thoroughly and got everything hooked up in a timely manner. He was just very polite. After he left I was able to manage just fine on my own since the equipment is super user friendly. I was really happy about that. I have don't have a reason not to trust them.

When we got it, we had been trying to get other companies to come out because it was urgent. They responded to us really quickly and came out here within two days. The installer was a wonderful young man. He was very careful and he had to stay for a while to finish it. They took good care of us all the way around, and no matter what's going on we can call them and they'll take care of things. My only complain is that some of the sensors that we have on the house are really sensitive. Our house is on a hill, and the sensor picks up on the traffic all the way out there. We've tried to put it as far back as we can in the house, but it still sends an alarm to my phone. Other than that, it helps us sleep at night. I am the head of our neighborhood watch, and I recommend it at every meeting.

Probably its the most widely known; I've known of ADT probably for fifty or sixty years... something like that. I've had no reason to need their support. It's all brand-new equipment, and it's only three months old or so. It works well. In checking all the different companies and the way they operate, though, I've found that they tell you the truth, but not the whole truth. They tell you what's included in a certain package, and stop. When their representative gets to you, you learn that the package was very minimal, and things that you never thought about incur additional costs. If you have more windows or doors than the package covers, the costs go up. They ran the ad that says you have this, that, and the other for ninety nine dollars installation, and all that is true, but what they don't tell you is the majority of homes are not very well covered by what they advertise. It cost me something like two thousand dollars to get minimal coverage to cover the rest of my windows and doors, and I didn't even get it all'I didn't get cameras or noise detectors, or anything like that'what I'm saying is that they probably didn't have the time or whatever, but they advertise very minimally, and once you get them there, then they are showing you that you need something else. Bait-and-switch is not exactly a good word.

A flier came in the paper, and I was curious about it. I called, and they came out and I signed up for it. I think it's good customer support; I haven't had to call very often. They were slow in getting me the remote for my car keys, but I got it after I eventually got in touch with them. The equipment quality is very good, and I like the little decals they put on my windows. If a thief tried to get in, I think they'd see the decal before trying to break the glass, so I like that idea.

I saw ADT advertised, and it looked like it was a secure outfit. I don't know what anybody else charges, but I find they provide reasonable value for my money. They've answered my questions when I had them, and they responded whenever I needed something done. They are very cooperative, and I would recommend them to anyone that needed some security to their home. I would say the equipment is very, very efficient. Sometimes it's too much, like when the alarm goes off when I make too big of a noise.

I chose a ADT because they have a good reputation, and then it went over to SafeStreet. My experience to date has been good. I haven't had any issues so far; everything seems to be working fine. When the guy came out to put in my system, I originally was just going to have three detectors, but I called back and said I wanted to have more, and he came right out and put them in, instead of rescheduling.

I had seen their signs around quite a bit, and I'm glad to say I have them now, and I've been very happy with them. It's easy to enough to operate and understand, it's not complicated. My little experience with the alarm getting set off was stupid, but that that was because of the contractor who was working on my house. I have never had any problems they didn't correct.

I was aware of their good reputation, and I had been a subscriber before, and just decided to come back to it. The equipment is very good; it's all Wi-Fi. Last night I found out how to decrease the volume on the main control panel, so that helped. Customer support always seems to be right on the ball with anything that might happen. They were available in a very timely manner, and the installation was completed in the same way.

They sent me a brochure in the mail and I asked about the fact that I wasn't going to be moving into the house right away, but I wanted to make sure it would be secure. I guess the equipment is okay. This is the first time I've had a security system, and so for me it's fine, it's excellent. Every time I call I get good customer service, and they'll come out and fix the problem, so I have no problems with them. Great company; sign up!

I was unhappy with the prior security system that I had. My alarm would just go off on its own when it shouldn't and it was just a mess. It was just very hard to get a hold of them, so I switched back to ADT. Their customer support has a good response time and their installation went great. The products they have are also good and easy to operate. The cost a bit more than some of the other systems out there, but I think that the quality of the service and protection that you get through ADT is better.

I just searched for the well known names in home safety and security purposes and they came up. The representative that came out to help with our home security provide constant feedback for us and answered our questions. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the product. They also gave us a high discount and I was really honored for receiving such a good promotion, especially with the equipment that I got. The equipment is all user friendly and as of now we haven't had any issues. I really like their products.

We chose them because we had used it in our previous home. Other than setting it up, we really haven't had to use it. I'm impressed by them because they managed to upgrade to wireless really quickly, it was done by August. The only thing is that price-wise it's one of the most expensive systems in the area. My neighbors all pay half of what I do for the same equipment.

I heard nothing but good things about ADT, so I decided to go with them for home security. they've been very helpful, and have answered my questions. they've been right there when I need them. Plus, the system is very adequate because it does the job it'''s supposed to do. I haven't had a problem with it at all. I just like their warmth and the fact that they're always willing to help. I set off the alarm once and they called right away to make sure I was alright. It's been a very good experience for me, because I know that they are actually monitoring my home.

Regarding their customer service, the guy gave me a cell phone number and has allowed me to a contact him if I had any problems. One of the sensors did screw up and he came right over and fixed it. Other than that, we haven't had any equipment problems yet.

I wanted to change my security company so I switched to them. The installer that came out from San Antonio was outstanding and very personable. If any of my alarms goes off accidentally I can just call them immediately and let them know it was just an accident. The equipment seems to work well to, I haven't had any problem with it.

I had a bad experience with Monitronics. They just couldn't have someone come out here to help me with the system where I lived. So I called ADT and SafeStreets and they actually came out the very next day. I've only interacted with the person that did the installation. Their system seems to be very sturdy as opposed to the other one I had. I've gotten more for my money because now I can have an alarm on every window and on all the doors that go outside. With the other one I only had enough for 3 doors, the garage, and 1 window.

I researched different companies and this one seemed appropriate for my needs. Customer support has been responsive whenever I call or if I have any issues. They try and help me resolve any problems that pop up. We actually ran into an issue with one of the lights that didn't appear to be functioning correctly. The company said they would call us to see what we needed to do next but they have not done that yet.

I chose them because they had a great reputation. They have a great customer support. We had a situation when our alarm went off when we were on a trip, so they called us to let us know. It turned out that my friend had set off the alarm accidentally, but it was great to know that they were on their toes with that. The equipment itself is easy to use and up to date. The fellow that came in and installed it for us did a great job too, he was very informative and kept us on the loop all the way through installing. The only thing is that it's a bit expensive.

I got their system because some family members have it, and we had been broken into before. They are really professional, but since we've had it put in, we've been broken into twice more and some stuff got stolen. The system is wireless, and it's not loud enough; you can't even hear it outside.
