I have Had Protection 1 For 16 years, they are expensive but very good here is why: First they have Technicians in the markets they serve. 2. They have Armed Guards that respond, 3. 24/7 professional monitoring & fast phone call response if you demand it 100% of the time. 4. Their customer service is second to none, they will help your problem & get it fixed within 24 hours. 5. They are never High pressure over the phone. 6. They use state of the art equipment & have the technicians to service all of it, 7. They provide water flood protection, they will install water bugs in all water zones. If you have a flood, you're not home or sleeping that alone will save over $20,000 in possible damage. 8. They are hands down the best in the industry & have purchased ADT to fix their problems. My only complaint is they are expensive & should include Esecure App as part of the service without charging additional.

Have had for over ten years. Alarm goes off, immediate communication thru the box and phone. If false, communication before I can even turn it of. They have even called me on my job AFTER calling authorities which fortunately was not serious. This is what is called excellent service. Time to sign new, I negotiate by saying another company will only charge me this. Wanted to have cameras installed, negotiated for half the price. Sure, I could do Ring or something but I want monitored cause not everyone has a cell or can have on at their job. Plus, if you receive an alert on phone, by the time you see it, too late. Monitored with a company, they get it much quicker.

We have had this Company since 1995 and are very Satisfied ,if we have a Problem we get someone right away on the Phone plus have no Troubles getting it fixed ,right away .Charges are very good and Accounting is great .

Had company for over 10 years. Everytime wife accidently opens door with alarm on, company calls within 30 secs. Service when needed has been great! Friendly operators.

I've had Protection 1 for about 6yrs and haven't had not one single problem. The reason that I chose them was because my company uses them in the 170 branches.
