My husband and I have had the service for about a year and it's ok. There was NO professional installation, we were sent the equipment in a box to set up ourselves. And there auto pay option is awful. Despite having my husbands card on file for auto pay, they go months without charging his card then call him regarding the outstanding balance as if we're trying to avoid paying the bill. Additionally, the wind triggered the sensor for one of our living room windows the other day when no one was home. Online it showed the alarm went off however we never received a phone call. God forbid someone had really broken into our home literally minutes before our daughter got home from school, she would have been in danger or worse. With that being said I'm sure there are better companies out there so just do your research. We will not be renewing our contract with this company
