I've had this company for home security for several years now and they have been great. If the alarm ever goes off, even accidentally, they immediately and I mean immediately call to make sure all is good. If they don't get ahold of you they go down the list of numbers you provide to them and ultimately if they cant reach anyone, dispatch to emergency services. They have always been super helpful and have had great customer service. I would give them a solid ten except one time I had a service issue that they were late to. The service tech called prior to say he was running late, however it still happened therefor only 9/10.

We have had their full service (glass, IR, fire, both wireless and wired sensors, etc) for around 12 years and when there is a problem they are always very quick to fix the issue, at times at no cost. And their monitoring works... We have accidentally set off the alarm several time.. if you miss their coded message call, the sheriff is here within minutes. We even passes two units on our way down the street on time.

I purchased a Sears Alarm system which became Protection 1 a few years later. I have had it for over 25 years. I had a couple of repairs/replacements. The workers have always been polite and very knowledgeable. I have added my own doorbell camera. I have never had a contract. If I did it was so long ago I have forgotten.

We have had this system for almost our entire 15 year residencey in our home. The system has proven reliable and has not disappointed us at all. The price makes is super affordable compared to other systems

Very good alarm response service, had them for 15 years and they are prompt in responding to every incident that I have had. Repair service is good but not on a par with their diligence on alarms.

Have had Protection One service for more than 20 years and have been thoroughly satisfied with their service. Recent upgrades done with minimal cost.
