I just have to tell you how wonderful my experience has been with Fort Knox security. From the time I called and spoke with Daniel to my installation with Allen, my experience has been AMAZING!!! Daniel was well prepared to answer all my questions. He was patient and very knowledgeable about all services and products. Didn’t make the call about a sale, but just made sure I understood everything and that Fort Knox was the right company to meet my needs. Allen was great as well. He arrived on time for the installation and his knowledge about security systems is to be applauded. He was also patient in answering my questions, gave great advice, went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure all security needs were met. Another Fort Knox's home security job well done by Charles R. I had my security system installed in my home today.The service technician was Charles. He spent lot of time talking and showing me every step he did to install my security system. Instead of Charles installing the security box on a wall and plugging it into an outlet in my brand new home. He went up in my attic. Wired the Box through my walls. Across my garage. Into my laundry room where I enter through my garage. When he was telling me how he was going to do this. I thought he was kidding. I thought who would take that much time and put that much effort into setting up an alarm box when you can just plug it in. Well only Charles with Fort Knox security would and he did just that. He was all up in my attic. laying wires in the inside the walls. He drilled one little hole on my wall. and that was to mount the Box on the wall. It looks so professional and so amazing. Talk about professional workmainship. by the time Charles left, I was fully confident I could work my system and not have to read the instructions guide for a refresher course. Besides totally and completely installing my system with a heart full of professionalism. He gave me wonderful ideas and advice of homemade Security options I can do myself very reasonably and secure. He even suggested where to put the security stickers on my windows. and how the placing would be the safest so if there is an intruder they would see the security sticker and be discouraged. Right down to the smallest detail Charles showed concern and addressed all possibilities of any fears or concerns I had. Jason is the best!!! OMG, he was so patient , especially with me, I am not tech savy at all. He patiently and kindly answered all of my questions and my sisters questions. He did not leave until he made sure we understood how to operated the security system. I felt so much more at ease after he went answered all of our questions , When he left, we felt pretty confident on how to operate the newly installed security system. Our technician Chris came out early in the morning and spent the entire day updating our old wired ADT system and coordinating the Fort Know wireless components to complement and expand our security coverage. The task was extraordinary complicated because the ADT wires were not labeled and Chris had to trace each one at a time. The system was easy to learn and Chris patiently lead us through each step to explain all of the extensive program features and selections to customize the perfect security setup for our home. Additionally, the sales staff of Seth and Zach answered all our questions prior to committing to Fort Knox and then coordinated with Chris during the installation to resolve issues as they developed. The agreement was well written and easy to understand. I highly recommend Fort Knox as a security company! Martin Buckley

Jesse arrived at my house on time and told me exactly how long he thought it would take once we confirmed what he would be doing. He clearly knows a lot about security systems and was able to navigate installation with the two ADP and Brinks legacy systems I have in my house. I was impressed by how quietly he worked and how prepared he was for the wiring and drilling. I know not all techs are going to be like Jesse, he clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Luckily, Jesse lives close so we will request him moving forward if have any issues. He fielded customer calls while he was working which to me shows how committed he is to what he does. Fort Knox, you want to keep Jesse on your team for sure. I was very impressed.

I called Fort Knox Security to see about monitoring an existing alarm system at my new business location. I talked to Andy and he was very helpful and professional, he explained my options and had me scheduled for a technician to come out and get me up and going. The entire call only took 10 minutes. I was notified when Sean (my technician) was on his way. He arived on time and reconfigured my alarm to work with their system and had me up and running in no time with an additional sensor and even replaced all of my sensor batteries and tested everything to make sure it was fully functional. Then he walked me through operating the alarm and made sure I was able to arm/disarm it and change the user adjustable settings before he left. Everyone was very friendly and courteous and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Also, the best price that I found for monitoring.

They put the wrong code in and it won’t cut the thing off. I don’t have time to have them come out again. The installer got on my Ipad and I didn’t know what he was doing and when he left I looked to see what he had done and he had signed all the forms for me and I have no idea what all he signed. I thought he was okay until I saw this. I need another remote but the person I talked to said he couldn’t do that. I would have to call another number and I didn’t have time to mess with it. I am 84 years old and my son lives next door and if he had to come up here to check on me he has no way of turning the system off because the code that I told the guy to put in does not work. As soon as I get the time I am going to another company

Phone Tech answered all of my questions and then gave me the options available utilizing my current home security system. Local technician came out the next day and converted my land line system to wireless therefore eliminating my need for the land line. I’m now saving on the land line cost and the monthly monitoring was also reduced by $5.00. The entire process was seamless & painless! Everyone I spoke to and the tech that came out were super friendly and very knowledgeable! Calling my daughter now to recommend she convert her security system to Fort Knox Security also!

The Technician was very knowledgeable and was able integrate most of an existing system that was installed in my house when it was built. I have used several other security systems in the past. The Fort Knox System is by far the best system I have ever had. None of the competitors offered the features I was looking for at an affordable price. The Doorbell Camera views an extremely wide range and I like having the ability to have Two way voice communication from the door camera and the Two inside Cameras. I Would Highly recommend Fort Knox Security to Anyone.

Initial setup was not so good, they charged me for an issue they were not able to fix on my existing pre-wiring forcing me to bye their wireless window sensors, and they charged me for wireless glass breakers as they do not have wired ones

The transition during Covid left me hanging with an installation fee (unpaid) and my install remains incomplete still today at 7 months and counting. My guess is that Ft Knox got a lil PPP help and are doing fine. Customers hold the crap tho. **STAY AWAY**

It’s ok. Don’t care for the exposed wires and the system using outlets. More of a DYI install than a professional installation. It’s an ok set up but would prefer the wiring to be wired to the house and not plugged.
