great company, best employees. I did not like the interface. for some reason my smart lock would not connect. I didn't want to pay for the company lock, it was too high. Wish the monitor spoke like my Vinit did. left Vinit due to poor customer service and the equipment going down all the time. Love that EMC do not require a contract like Vinit did and I suffered 3 years waiting for it to be over. they do allow you to pay over time for the costly equipment, but then you have to be on a contract.
