To say the service and treatment a paying customer I have received in the pass six months is TERRIBLE! I don't know if the company is under new management or they don't care about losing customers but in any case, I done with a company that doesn't value their customers......my alarm went off several times and they never called any of the listed phone numbers on file to ensure my home was secure or if there was an emergency. I've called and informed the supervisor, Mr. C of the situation, he was professional and informed me that he would personally rectify my complaint. Well needless to say NOTHING WAS DONE I tested my alarm myself and there was no resolution.....I'm now researching for a new home security company.
