great company, best employees. I did not like the interface. for some reason my smart lock would not connect. I didn't want to pay for the company lock, it was too high. Wish the monitor spoke like my Vinit did. left Vinit due to poor customer service and the equipment going down all the time. Love that EMC do not require a contract like Vinit did and I suffered 3 years waiting for it to be over. they do allow you to pay over time for the costly equipment, but then you have to be on a contract.

I've experienced nothing shy of excellent service with EMC They are on time and each time my alarm went off they called right away. I've even recommended my friends to EMC and they are happy too. the price is affordable and they monitor my home for fire and burglar, I could not be happier.

To say the service and treatment a paying customer I have received in the pass six months is TERRIBLE! I don't know if the company is under new management or they don't care about losing customers but in any case, I done with a company that doesn't value their customers......my alarm went off several times and they never called any of the listed phone numbers on file to ensure my home was secure or if there was an emergency. I've called and informed the supervisor, Mr. C of the situation, he was professional and informed me that he would personally rectify my complaint. Well needless to say NOTHING WAS DONE I tested my alarm myself and there was no resolution.....I'm now researching for a new home security company.

Never has problems with EMC Security..very accuracy when I needed. Good service and prompt reaction to my necessities.
