The devices work nicely but cameras are not very good at night unless object is close. Even during the day,objects at a distance, aren't clear and pixelate.

Not good. Some features on the app don't work, was told I could get garage closing with the app but then at installation it was not possible. Poor service

I wouldn’t recommend Vivint to anybody. If I knew when I got it what I know now I would not have gotten Vivint. It’s not the best thing. I am not happy with their customer support.

There were many problems with the install. Nothing was done to fix them. It took a month and several phone calls to cancel there service. Even after it was canceled money was still being taken from our bank account.

My panel is activated but is not working. They haven’t bothered to call me to see what is going on with it. I cannot maneuver anything. I am about to disconnect the service. I would not recommend.

Not happy! Had to pay a few hundred dollars with my internet company to get it to work correctly. Did that but now I cannot open/close garage doors using the app on my phone. Can't get any one to listen and help.

Every time I call them, I am on hold for a half an hour before I talk to someone and then they transfer me to somebody else. They did not keep their promises. It is inconvenient to have to sign in to the app.
