fter being told I could cancel my service anytime within 30 days and finding out that is not true. What a hassle I have had trying to believe what these people have told me. Everyone has a different story. Hopefully I will someday get my money back.

It would be pretty cool if they didn’t hang up on me when I try to call customer service. Originally it seemed like a pretty good company. It is pretty cool that I can open my garage door with my phone but I have been trying to get a hold of them for three weeks to cancel my service and every time I get hung up on.
