Terrible system, the cameras never load you have to reboot the system to get the cameras to kind of load. Alarm has gone off numerous times with out any motion in the house and no call to inform me of alarm going off. When calling the help desk they just continue to blame to app and how it needs to be updated even if you are operating with the current app. Worst money I have spent I feel.

I am very dissatisfied with Vivint. I mad a big mistake when I sign on with Vivint. I cancelled but my Husband let them talk him into staying. They were higher than anyone else. Their contact is 6 years. omly way to get out isto buy it out. that will leave us with a big lost. we can"t use their product with another company. I guess it is our fault. Just wasn't thinking. I will always regret it. the system is ok but the company is absolutely awful.
