Horrible, we felt very pressured into getting this service after the salesman came to our house multiple times. We took him a few times that we were happy with our ring and we didn’t want to spend extra money but the man talked to us and told us we would only have a one time payment which was a liar.

My experience has been terrible. The salesman promised things vivint could not accomplish. I went from two working doorbells to 1 doorbell that I can’t here in certain parts of the house. I’m am worse off now and out of money. Given the chance I would not go with this company.

It was terrible! After we canceled we kept getting phone calls about the bill and emails. Than Vivint and Fortiva weren't communicating to each other so both didn't know what the other had done. Definitely never recommending vivint.

Not a great experience. Installer was disengaged and did the minimal work. (For example, he wouldn't install the main component on the wall.) The sales experience was somewhat bait-and-switch. If I had it to do all over again, I would not choose Vivint.

Bad, I canceled my service within the 3 day trial period. I called customer service. I was on hold a long time and I never received my refund. They said I didn’t need Internet and that was a lie! I wasn’t suppose to be charged for installation and that was a lie! I wan my refund!!!!

I really regret signing up because I was given false information about Digital Life he company I was with. I should have checked with DL first b4 switching. I was told by Vivint that DL was NOT OFFERING upgrades anymore to their systems. FALSE. And i was offered one month free service. Never happened. I was charged the day of installation.

Do NOT give Vivint access to your bank account. They have overdrawn too much money from my account twice since June. Every time I call customer service to try and get my money back they tell me 5 to 7 business days. It’s been 3 months now.

I am not satisfied with the service I have received so far. The installation hasn't been completed to where I have the security I had with my previous provider. I am no able to get in contact with the salesman or someone with the headquarters in UT. I was onhold for 20 minutes before I hung up waiting for customer service.

It was one of the most high pressure experiences I've ever experienced. A piece of their equipment failed within the first 3 days. They did replace the equipment. If I could go back in time I would have never answered the door to the sales person.

I did not like the way the system was sold to me . I thought the sales person was cocky and not interested in our needs . At the end of the day he sold us a loan package with a coupon book and a system no better than what we had . The installation took 9 hours when the sales person said it would take 3 hours or less .

It would be pretty cool if they didn’t hang up on me when I try to call customer service. Originally it seemed like a pretty good company. It is pretty cool that I can open my garage door with my phone but I have been trying to get a hold of them for three weeks to cancel my service and every time I get hung up on.

I was promised many things during sales pitch that were not true. Classic bait and switch. In hindsight I wish I hadn't entered into this agreement. The product itself is good, the sales tactics were not.
