It's been okay. I get a lot of videos that are blurry and blotchy or that says they're unavailable for me to view. I'm sick of the sensor in my room constantly going offline.

poor sales person left out info like how long contract was and was told that i had 30 days to change my mind and cancel service but did not tell me that i would have to pay remaining balance on equipement and months left on contract when canceled.

Very difficult to contact Vivint after the sale. Tried three days to chat usually I wad 15 to 25 on line. Got busy and had yo keep trying. My camera is not working. Plus I am having issues with my door locking as well. I am feeling all got installed then never see them again or hard to get them

Would not recommend. Half the time the live video on the app won't load and don't even try to rewind to see something in the past. I wish I could cancel but nope I'm stuck for 5 years

Awful. Our system has not worked since day 2. We have had people out several times and it's never been fixed. It costs a fortune for service that doesn't work. I have zero time to sit on hold with customer service for the nth time or wait at my house for a tech

Miserable. Started trying to cancel after day 2. Took them 3 weeks to come remove a system that wouldn't let me lock my front door. Then continued to charge me the next 2 months before that was taken care of. Way too many 2 hour calls trying to make it work. Stick with ADT and no more door to door salesman for us

I agreed to switch to Vivint contingent upon the company agreeing to payout my current contract with ADT but that was not done apparently. Now I will have to discontinue services with Vivint because I will not pay two companies for one service.

If Vivint doesn’t improve its customer service, it will greatly damage its position in the industry. The equipment is modern and seems to work well except for the thermostat but the times I have tried to get help from them, I have had terrible experiences.

Until they fix the problems I am not happy with it. I like the way it works but I haven’t had it very long and I’ve had a couple of problems and they get my name wrong when I call and tey owe my a thousand dollars.

It was very difficult to connect the system to my smart phone. Decided to cancel and it ended up being a very difficult process. After cancellation, they sent a tech to uninstall all the components but he left drill holes all over the house. Stated it was not his responsibility to fix the damage and I would need to hire someone.
