I HATE Vivint. I received a "FREE" doorbell. I did not need it so I cancelled the service within 30 days, since I am over 65 years old. They still have not cancelled my monthly payments. I DO NOT nor have I EVER used the service, other than hearing my doorbell ring. There is not anything hooked up in my house. use the service

Meh at best, works when it wants to. Cameras work about 30% of the time, always offline more than not. Have called more times than I care to try and get it resolved. I finally gave up and don't use the system anymore.

The sales team was great, install and hardware BUT we constantly go out of service and have to reboot all devices. We constantly get messages saying our bill not paid and call only to be told it is fine. I would say very unreliable and we are stuck with this since we are paying for hardware. Go another direction!!!!!

Very poor, had service since august, I didn't get all of my sensors installed, they kept calling for me to pay a bill every day! I was credited for 3 months, they said it was cancelled, I still haven't gotten my other sensor installed, no one has contacted me or anything

Terrible. I am paying for a service that I don't get. My main reason for getting it was to be able to watch my kids from work. Screen freezes constantly. Can't see them and can't talk to them like I should be able to. Absolute waste of my money.

Poor I changed companies to Vivint. Was informed that we would make one payment to them and they would pay the leasing company for equipment. Well that didn't happen and I was reported to credit bureau. Even after explaining situation they didn't care. I cannot wait until contract is up.

It has been some of the worst experiences that I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend this horrible company. They promise one thing and never go through with it. I have lost money because the customer service department ignored my multiple calls about canceling my service before the free trial was over.

Horrible. The service is the worst I've ever had for an alarm system. 90% of the time it's offline or a camera is down or a sensor. Very close to canceling and going elsewhere. When you need a tech it takes 2.5 months to get one

Vivint was the worst company i've ever worked with. Never again. I would shout that from all the rooftops I can find. Do not reach out and try to fix anything, I have talked to everyone available too many times and get the same poor responses each time. Vivint should be taken to court for how corrupt they are, thieves and nothing more.

Terrible the sales guy lied about my monthly monitoring amount....no one in customer service had any type of idea about the amount he quoted. I had the quotes written down by the sales person but that did not matter. I cancelled my service after paying 1k for equipment

Not good, everything was great until I needed my lock on my door fixed. After scheduling 4 different times no one ever showed and till the day my lock still needs to be fixed. I would not recommend. I should have done more research before choosing Vivint.

I was given a positive presentation. The young man assured me if I changed my mind cancellation would nit be a problem. Once I tried to Cancel I couldn't get in touch with anyone. The salesman finally spoke with me and had me send in the cancellation notice in August and im still getting bill from this company.
