For the past decade, Security Force Inc. has been providing customers in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia quality security systems to protect their assets. All of the Security Force employees have been specially trained to be able to help customers with all aspects of purchasing a security system; from designing the system to installing it correctly. These employees have also been trained to be able to monitor the security systems 24/7, giving customers the all around best service possible.
Security Force offers educational programs to help customers be the best prepared for those issues that will come up. These courses can help a family come up with an action plan so every member knows what to do in an emergency. Security Force believes that this preparation step can help save customers' lives and is an important part of the offered services. There is not much known about the exact systems offered by Security Force, but one feature that is mentioned stands out among the industry. This is the live talk feature where the customer can talk through the system to someone working at the monitoring center in the case of an emergency. This added protection is similar to medical alert systems and gives customers another line of defense and may result in faster response and less damage.
There is very little information available about the types of equipment and systems that Security Force offers its customers. Each customer will work with a security expert to design a system that is specific to their needs that will give them the best coverage. This is a common practice in the industry, but most companies give an overview of what the customer can choose from or an idea of packages. Security Force offers virtually no information and the customer will have to wait until the consultation to see what they could possibly get. The area that is covered by Security Force is very limited, only including North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. While this allows the service to be more localized and somewhat personalized to the area, it leaves out a major population outside of that service area. Security Force would not be an option for many customers in the market for a security system because of this limitation.
