Customer support has answered our questions and have always been courteous. When I ‘ve needed to replace sensors, I'd get them in a timely manner. I've just been satisfied. If anything, I would like a better way of installing the sensors. They don't fit old style windows and keep on falling.

I'm not too satisfied with the system. All the stuff they gave me for the windows dropped off. Nobody notified me anything about that, and since my husband died, I didn't know either that I had to change the batteries. On top of that, I'm 81 years old, and they expected me to do the installation!

The system is quite average, not spectacular, just average. Also, their customer service varies. Sometimes it's very good, and other times it's quite frustrating. Anytime wee have to make any changes or replace devices, it's an all day process. It's very difficult to do, so it's not what I would a user friendly system. It's self-sustaining when there's no changes needed, but it's quite difficult when you need them.

When we first got the alarm, about 10 years ago, it was fine, but now that it's upgraded, we have to install it on our own. We don't like that. Although the equipment is average, I would suggest that Protect America should provide free installation for their customers. That would be nice.

Customer service is great! They've always been cordial and that worked for us. There's been a few false alarms that we've missed, so they end up calling the Police. That tells me that they were there to take care of their customers.

Whenever I had a problem, their customer service answers pretty much everything over the phone, and they're pretty clear as well. So far, I haven't had a problem with their equipment. I recently had a battery problem, but that's kind of expected after having this service for over 10 years. Besides, installing it was simple. They're reasonably priced, and they're willing to upgrade your service when you run out of your contract.

Their support is very good! They're knowledgeable, they know how to assist you if you have any problems in programming, and they're just right on it. Also, the system was really easy to install. They've been helpful the times I've called. Sometimes they have me wait a little bit, but over the 6 years we've been with Protect America, their customer service has been fine. Plus, the system does what we've expected it to do. Either way, it was pretty easy to install. The instructions were straight forward, and it was a remote type of installation, but it was a pretty satisfactory experience.

I've had it for several years now, and they've improved a lot since they went wireless. I've been really satisfied because it's worked out a whole lot better, and the response time is so much better as well. Besides, their installation process was painless, and it went really well. Also, their customer support is very good. They helped me out and sent me all the new stuff to install. I've sat in my chair, about 6 feet away from the box, while my wife opens the door. Before I can get up and turn it off, my phone was ringing, and it was Protect America, making sure everything is alright. It's all been a very positive.

I was on a vacation in Colorado, and they called me to tell me there was a problem with one of the monitors. I called them once I got home, and they took care of it. It cost me $10 to replace it, but it was well worth it. That was the first time I've had to replace one in 26 years. It's a very reliable company.

I live in the desert, and the sun melted the adhesive, so my alarm went off because the sensor picked up that drop on the window. They sent over more adhesive right away. Everything has been very positive.

I liked the fact that it's a wireless system, plus, it was easy to install. I just wish they offered more windows included in the package, rather than having to purchase additional windows.

Installing the system was not a problem, I did it myself. I have not had a break in, only fire alarms, but it's been an adequate service. If I have something go wrong, I call them and they're generally able to tell me what's wrong and get it fixed, so it's been satisfactory all along.

My last conversation with their customer support was not very well. I was experiencing a severe situation of domestic violence, and not only were they unaccommodating, they started enforcing rules that have supposedly been in effect, but didn't get placed into effect until the moment I told them that I was experiencing this problem. I've been a customer for over 5 years, and my loyalty was not rewarded. If anything, my children's safety was compromised, and I had never had any of those issues before, but the minute I said it was a domestic violence issue, the rules applied all of a sudden. If I had the where to do it, I would probably file a lawsuit against them, because they jeopardized my safety, and my children's safety. I'm sure they're very nice people individually, but they just hide behind their so-called warranties. Initially, it was a good fit, but when I needed them the most, they weren't there. Under the banner of Protect America, they can be cold and coward and that's not what that system is for. The system is for protection and safety, and in the last year, they have grossly failed at that, at least for my safety. I will no longer do business with Protect America.

The main reason I chose Protect America was because it has a self-install option, and that was actually pretty straight forward. I'm a bit technical myself, so it must've been easier for me, however, everything was pretty simple, even for beginners. Plus, their customer support has been fantastic! I think they're one of those under rated companies. So far, I have absolutely zero complaints., and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

If I have to call them for anything, they offer a very good service. They listen to whatever my concerns are. Plus, it was almost flawless to install the system. You can do it yourself, and they walk you through it. It also works perfectly, and it's just a wonderful service.

I chose Protect America because it's cheap, and so far, I can't think of anything off hand. It wasn't hard to set up the equipment; they mailed the kit to me, and I put like 4 sensors.
