I called them one time to get a quote. The price of the quote was much higher than what they have listed on the website. I told the representative that I would call back if I was intrested (which I wasn't). They then continued to call me 3+ times a day for over a week. I answered a few of the calls just to tell them I wasn't intrested, but when the calls continued I had to block the number. I would consider this harassment.

Horrible company. AVOID I have tried to cancel my contract that they locked me in for three years. There is no way of canceling, not even by calling or emailing. When I told them that I wanted to cancel, they kept passing me from one department to another. Their answer was that I had to wait until my term is over, and they only accept a written cancelation 30 days before the contract is over. I have never heard such a thing, I am very angry and feel scammed by this stupid company.

Just recently called for prices so I could compare. The gentleman I spoke to was great. However I don't like the pressure they try to put on you to get their system. It's a 3 year commitment, when I told them I wanted to discuss with my husband as well as compare their system with other systems, I'm told that the only way to get the prices we discussed was to commit now during the 1st call. Hello??? It's like a threat. Not wanting people to make a good choice that suits there budget or to be able to compare what other companies offer. But to make a quick decision. If the company truly stood behind how great they were they wouldn't fear you shopping around before commiting to a 3 year commitment. If so choose this company and call back and I am not honored the prices we 1st discussed, I'll be back and re-rate this company and go with another company. If they do honor it, Ill come back and re-rate as well.

Beware, please read the other reviews about how Protect America will continue to automatically charge your account even after your contract is over. They will also shake you down for $5 to terminate your service even after you have fulfill your contract. They are shady

I do not think that Protect America is honest in their representation of their product. I talk with some of the former customers and current customers. They seem to think they are eager to sign you up, but customer service was lacking. I live in Georgia if I needed help I would have someone to have to talk me thru problem in another state. That is unacceptable. From former Custer's they seem to think the equipment is outdated. That is why it fails so much. Way to pushy. I told them I needed some time to bash a decision and I got multiple calls a day until I finally told them to take me off of the list. I was thinking about going with them but after the calls I changed my mind.

Probably good company, wanted a monthly quote, not a phone conversation. They KEPT calling. Put your price out there so we can make a decision without sales pressure. Since I can't compare your product, the results are not accurate.

This company is a total joke. I have waited for a refund for nearly 2 months. Each time I call I am told a different story by the reps as well as given an attitude . Stay away from the company.
