We had service through GSS in OKC,OK and they switched us to My Alarm. We have been very happy with the service. If our alarm goes off they are on the phone to us before we can even get to our phone.. We used to have ADT and they were horrible, they didn't even call for over 45 seconds,by then you could really be in trouble. Also the prices they charged were very high compared to other companies. We didn't have to pay any installation fees as we already had the equipment installed so we can't comment on those prices.

I have been a customer of My Alarm Center for over 10 years. Earlier this year I had a completely new system installed. I shopped around and found pricing was competitive but their equipment and Labor warranty is one of the worst in the industry. I took a chance and signed a new agreement; guess what? One of my 2Gig access systems froze. I submitted an online request for service as well as called. I received an email advising me I would be called back shortly, but have yest to receive a response (six hours). I have issues with the service group before where their phone system mailbox was full and couldn't leave a voice message. Think twice before buying from this company

I have been with MyAlarm for 18 years and the service has always been good and the staff helpful. I rate this company on only 1 thing, they keep me safe, all the time. There's no price you can place on that.

Slow response to alarms. Cancelled over the phone and they sent me to sales and never processed cancellation and then harassed me over "accrued" balance even offering to accept half to not report to credit bureaus. Buyer beware.
