The customer service is always there when I call. They always have the solution for the problem. They are prompt. When we have had some problems, they were on the ball. We've had 2 keypads replaced because of a wire. We have had some problems with the alarm system. When we parked in the garage for some reason the alarm goes off and I have to call. I like that I can call anytime day or night and Frontpoint is there to assist me. The other day the alarm would not go off and within less than a minute they were calling the police. I called it off but to know that things got taken care of and they made sure the police did not come out. But it was a very good experience for me.

They are always there when you have any problems. They will help you troubleshoot. The young lady proceeded to stay on the phone until I got all of my equipment hooked up. It was beeping incessantly and I called up and they checked it out and said that I didn't have power supply. It seems to work. You open the door and the alarm goes off and you shut the alarm off. I haven't had one issue. I think they could be a little bit cheaper but I'm willing to pay the price for the customer service and equipment.

Had a lot of trouble with the equipment. The camera has been good and reliable but the rest of the equipment has been hard to set up. I suggest they train their customer service reps with technical service issues.

Everything is great so far. We feel more secure when we are away from the house because we get notified if there is an alarm. The price is reasonable. They have been very helpful anytime we've had to call them.

It is easy to install and use. The initial interaction with sales was very easy. The device works great a lot of the time, through the sensors lose connectivity.

The best thing is that it's wireless. It is hard to get a hold of them and they need to get their prices down to be more competitive. I am very disappointed.

Customer support is very responsive to my questions and installation was very easy to do. The equipment is reliable. I know if something happens that they would call me because one time I accidentally set off the alarm and they got a hold of me.

My husband passed away and I made the decision to sign up to quickly after his passing. They are eight dollars a month more than a competitive company that has the same equipment. I tried to get them to reduce it to a competitive price but I already signed a contract. I don't have much contact with them. It misfires in the middle of the night and it is uncomfortable to get up and then there is no indication someone has opened or closed the door. I would not recommend them.
