Initial service was good, but there has not been any further reaching out aside from requesting me to fill out these surveys. The once time which I set off the alarm, they did phone quickly, which I appreciate. However, I am regretting purchasing with Frontpoint, as I could have gotten a better deal with newer technology. :(

First it was an adequate alarm company. But when I cancelled it was a hassle. Too pricey for the service. Shop around.
