3 things...Shipping-Cost/Customer-Suport/Monthyl-Cost...for the customer who are with you long term, please do free shipping when they new security products & 2nd one I noticed there is communication gap, when my contract was extended Customer support person promised me extending my contract for addition 3 years will cover all equipments under warranty, but when one equipment failed I was asked to pay the cost for the equipment, when I explained they could find only my contract extension, but not find the note of my warranty. & 3rd consider lowering the monthly fee after 4 years of service, it would be helpful for customer who are with you for 4 years.

I liked their communications their customer service was excellent, I had zero problems with them and I've had them for over three years. They are always very helpful, they're always quick to respond and they help me navigate with any problem very easily. I have had a couple of issues with sensors but they were able to fix them very quickly. I love being able to navigate it with my phone and having alerts come up anytime that I need them when I'm away or otherwise. My only suggestion would be maybe follow up after a three-year contract is up to see how we could save more money.

Frustration with multiple customer service calls about sensors that don’t fit/stick/work on our windows. Troubleshooting hasn’t worked after multiple calls but I’m told there’s Basically no way to get out of contract unless we want to spend a fortune. Got locked into an extremely long contract just for upgrading a control panel from buttons to digital, which seems unfair/ridiculous. We haven’t used the system in months bc not all sensors work yet are paying anyway.

My Frontpoint experience was great for the first few years. Fortunately we haven't had to utilize them for any true security issues but when we've had a few false alarms, they were very responsive. My two biggest issues are 1) the options available to you once you are out of contract. For example, the battery on my control panel swelled to the point where it was pushing out the battery door and no longer working. Thankfully I noticed before it exploded or overheated. But when I tried to work with Frontpoint to get a replacement battery, my options were either to try and buy one privately somewhere or upgrade to a new panel that no longer includes a touchscreen. neither option was ideal, so i've just continued using the unit without the backup battery. The other issue is the price. Frontpoint continues to be priced much higher than a lot of the newer competitors, who are essentially offering the same service for half the price (or less in some circumstances). Frontpoint should absolutely consider making their pricing more competitive or I would anticipate them being driven out of the market.

The best part is the ease of use with the app. Their customer service has always answered all my questions. Sometimes the battery on the on the command center unit or whatever it's called the control panel or the control panel don't last that long or there's a failure so that's something that they should working to. At this point I'm really not happy with Frontpoint. I don't even know that I can trust them honestly. I don't hear from anybody, there's no update on equipment or anything so I guess I'm really deciding it's time to change there. When my alarm goes off I don't get phone calls from the company right away and sometimes I have to resolve the problem without knowledge from them. The security little things that go on the door fall off and the key fob doesn't work so overall the equipment is cheap.

The equipment overall is pretty good but I have had some issues, some of the sensors had to be replaced and then our original main unit's battery swelled up and broke and so it had to be replaced.

I chose them for the easy setup and the price. You can have as much or as little as you would like to depending upon your individual security needs, meaning you can use the wireless remotes that you can purchase in addition to or you can use the app on your phone. Customer support is very friendly extremely knowledgeable and you don't have to wait for someone to handle the needs that you're calling in for so. They offered very reasonable prices and the equipment provided is good if not better than any other competitors that's available on the market today.

I like the concept of the wireless mechanism and its the items available from my system, but the monitor is a little expensive. I like the phone app where I can see what all my devices are doing. I actually have two devices, the one is to my home and one is that to another place. I haven't had any failures everything seems to be operating properly. Every time I call them they're right on top of they walk me through it. We get everything resolved and we're good to go. Keep up the good work, I'm satisfied with it.

I tried to put my system "On Hold" and they kept charging me for months. How could they justify the charges if all of the gear was in a box in my garage? They are charging for monitoring right? Shouldn't they have detected that there was no signal??? How can they say this was an accident??? If someone broke in and smashed my gear would they even know??

It seems to work just fine. There's been some difficulty. It's easy to get ahold of them to get billing straightened out but it's very difficult to get replacement parts for things.

After I was told I'd get a return call from customer support, I waited over a week and a half to hear back from someone. I've only had problems with one sensor, because all the other ones have worked great. They are good at calling back when an alarm is triggered.

My friends referred me to Frontpoint and I'm glad they did because they are very quick, concise, and helpful. We've had quite a few sensors stop working unfortunately, but I like that I can use my cell phone to monitor the system.

I went with Frontpoint to be my business' security system because they have a lower monthly payment than other companies. They are usually very attentive when I call and they answer my questions with no issues. We had some initial issues with the sticky stuff they provided to mount our base, but we were able to figure it out with them. I really like the app they have to monitor and use the system. I wish they had a better system for billing invoices to businesses.
