Your alarm system will go off for nooo reason..oh wait the owner said because the remotes that i had for months wasn't any good anymore..This has happened more than once and every time the police comes out it charges me..The tech guy is a rude smart mouth that told me to forget the service get it cut off because I couldn't prove that it was their fault..ummm when im sleep at 1 something without the alarm activated and it goes off not once but twice and the police come out..another charge mind you..then just whose fault is it..i have over 300.00 worth of charges and the only thing the owner can say is it the first of the month and that i knew like with the ticket police get trying to make money is why they came out...dummy, how can that be..they didn't make a random stop they came out to a freaking false alarm caused by this piece of crap alarm system..so nooowww it's the remotes that are no good after costing me..soooo I get new ones on Monday and hope they never malfunction..lmao..This service definetalely will be replaced..they could have even offered a free month or two to accommodate these false alarm charges, but nooo they just give excuses like it's yoyr fault..looking for new service as we speak..i paid now in fines than the damn alarm smh..no recommendations here..
