Terrible company. Lies off the bat. Their sales rep stood in my house and lied to be about the cost, the quality, city permitting, and never gave me a copy of the 'contract'. Told me the total, taxes everything would be $50/mo, they've been autodrafting $65+. They refuse to bill me like all my other utilities or services. I've cancelled the accounts, but they come back like a fungus. They equipment broke shortly after installation. I've called several times to get a technician out. They NEVER return a call. They stood here and said no when I point blank asked if I'd be forced to pay a city permit for having this system, no they claimed. Yet annually the city comes for their very expensive lb of flesh as well. I have repeatedly asked for a copy of the contract we 'signed', with no response. I've asked countless times for a hard copy contract to be mailed to me. Never received. We've asked to cancel the service, they said for $3k we can get out of the 'contact'. If anyone wants help with a class action, we'd like to sign up. Worse customer service, poopy sub standard equipment that just stops working without rhyme or reason. Stoned sales people that lie to your face in your own home? Avoid this company like the plague
