Tech support is really good and guys are helpful But they recommended a wifi card andthe system never worked properly with my sattelite internet. I realized that monitoring station wasn’t connected. Then system wouldnt arm when i left on a 2 month job. So i m without protection. Best they would do is offer me those months free. I was still willing to work with them and buy a system off them but then the owner Sterling Donnely got involved. He was rude , accused me of misrepresenting facts and was just an asshole. I do not recommend Alarmgrid but i do recommend other companies headhunt and steal their tech support guys and leave a hole Sterling to answer the phones
