The company's products are consistently high in quality and competitive in price. Their unique, in-store shopping experience offers an entertaining way to spend a few hours in a leisurely stroll around the spacious store, looking at an amazing range of cleverly designed products. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and IKEA return policies are fantastic.

This is my go-to for home basics. Furniture pieces that don’t need to be fancy. My kids love their dressers from IKEA and my husbands desk has held up surprisingly well. I don’t mind building everything & find that it’s usually simple enough that you don’t drive yourself crazy over it.

Order a couch from them and didn't get the right pieces. They sent us the wrong pieces to connect the couch. Customer service was sending us all around the loop to different area. Kept telling us that we called the wrong area or got transferred to the wrong area. So we kept calling the number they gave us to get the same thing about calling the wrong support. After 4 long hours of going around we finally got transferred to the correct support. Even after the help. It turned out that they didn't even have it in stock but one person said they did. Now we have to take all the piece back ourselves or they will send someone to pick it up but for a return charge. The closes place will be 5 hours away so we are stuck with the pick up return. Not going to order any furniture from them again.

Oh this place is addictive. It is almost like I have to avoid it or I spend too much lol. But I love the showroom and wandering around- could wander for hours! They just have the cutest stuff! Staff will assist you with getting your literal pallet of stuff to your car, they are very professional and friendly. I appreciate how spread out the store is, so you are not on top of others while strolling around, and there is of course the food court area to nourish yourself during the marathon day of being in this store!

I love Ikea, but only for specific items. The staffing is always friendly. I feel at home when I go there to shop. The prices are great on certain items, but overall good prices. I especially enjoy going to shop near Christmas or Thanksgiving.

I think this is a overall great store. Curbside pick up is really helpful when you know what you want and don't have to walk through the large store. However, sometimes the quality won't be as you expect from the picture. So walking through the store is a safer option when buying something for the first time.

However, the real highlight was the legendary IKEA meatballs. Tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, they lived up to the hype. Accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam, these meatballs were a heavenly delight. The only thing I dislike about Ikea is that I cant make these meatballs at home! I want to love Ikea. I do like Ikea, kinda. I am quite fond of my Ikea silicone kitchen mittens. But, I have been disappointed more than once to see small items displayed, yet not available until much farther into the store. I get that big box warehouse items may fall into this scenario, but small items need not. Ikea furniture isn't always quality, so I have to question if their disposable fare is really an environmentally good choice to make.

IKEA have raised their prices recently. So has everywhere else, but this seems excessive. We used to be able to eat for two people for ~$20 at the cafeteria, but last time we went the price was over $35, and we got our regular favorites. I purchased a speaker three years ago for around $50, and the same one is now $80. They still have some good deals on semi-good quality products, but these price hikes have caused my wife and I to stop our IKEA dates.

Love that IKEA now has a full store in Bayamon, Puerto Rico where we can buy and take the merchandise with you, on that same visit. I have always bought from the previous store model, where you have to pick-up your merchandise at a later date, but I definitely prefer to have all the products at hand. Having a cafeteria inside the store is a super plus, cause I can go on my lunch time from work, without taking to much time doing shopping.

If you want quality furniture for amazing prices IKEA is the place to be. So long as you take your time, follow the instructions, and torque the fasteners right these pieces last. The worst piece I ever purchased from them just needed to be re tightened a couple times. Then I finally dropped some superglue in with them and it's been solid as a rock since then!

Customer support - VERY BAD. I asked to cancel Sofa from my order, but it was too late. It had to be delivered and then refused. I tried, but delivery boys brought some parts of that sofa into my house and rejected my refusal request. But some parts of sofa were actually refused (#1) - it was July 10th. Then I had to order pickup for return for the rest of sofa parts (#2) I received refund for #2, but I still did not get my refund for #1 According to CS agent "According to our database those items were not returned yet". I am waiting starting from July 10th for the refund and now I am told that... there is no estimated time for refund because it's a special case. Really?? this is your special case, I don't care how you deal with your delivery company. Please return my money. I already did 20 phone calls to IKEA customer support. Can you make this refund happen??

Ikea has the most useful and usable furniture products! Right now I have an incredibly comfortable twin mattress & box springs from Ikea. It's like sleeping on a cloud! I also have several storage cabinets from Ikea as well as a clothes wardrobe. I like these products because they are well built, easy to assemble and easy to interchange with other Ikea items.

Ikea is clean, spacious and easy to move around. Their food for lunch is amazing! Try the meatballs! Their pricing is fair, unless you are purchasing online, in which case you will spend more to ship an item than its cost. The frustrating part about IKEA is that if you find something, it may not be in stock and most IKEA stores aren't close to where most people live. Going to IKEA is an event, so if they don't have the item, you'll most likely never get it because shipping is way too much.

In a recent visit to our local ikea we wanted to buy an item which was out of stock at the ground / floor level. We could clearly see that there were more of these items in the overhead storage bins just out of reach above us. We asked an associate for assistance & they told us that per company policy they were not allowed to bring ladders onto the floor & remove items from the overhead bins during the weekend!?!?. What kind of jack wagon company sets up a policy like this? We had a full cart of other items we were going to purchase. However, after being told this we walked away from the cart & will never go back into an IKEA again!!!!

It’s like cruising thru a very large and beautiful home, seeing every different style in bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms and baths. We furnished an apartment for our two daughters at college. Everything was purchased at IKEA at a very affordable price. The only nightmare was assembling it! That was 10 years ago and the furniture is still holding up nicely!

IKEA is a fun store to visit. You can spend a few hours there. The store is huge and there is lots to look at. Their furniture is not the best quality but it's very reasonable priced. The furniture has clean, simple lines. I have bought several bookcases there and am very happy with them. They sell so many things it's hard to know what to comment on. I really like all their kitchen accessories. Sponges, scrub brushes are a fantastic price and great quality. I also like the cafeteria. The food is good, reasonable priced and it makes it a fun outing to eat there. And after shopping stop at the snack bar on your way out for cinnamon rolls. They are a great price and delicious. IKEA is not a place you can run into quickly to pick up a few things. It's a big store and takes time to just walk through. And even if you intend to just get a couple things you'll find more to buy. IKEA is definitely worth a visit. But never buy something you may have to return. Returns are the worst. It takes forever to return something and you must have the receipt. They have very few people working in returns. You take a number when you get there - does that give you a hint of how bad it is. I've returned things twice and from now on I only buy what I'm sure to keep. Never again do I want to return something there.
