If you want quality furniture for amazing prices IKEA is the place to be. So long as you take your time, follow the instructions, and torque the fasteners right these pieces last. The worst piece I ever purchased from them just needed to be re tightened a couple times. Then I finally dropped some superglue in with them and it's been solid as a rock since then!

Ikea has the most useful and usable furniture products! Right now I have an incredibly comfortable twin mattress & box springs from Ikea. It's like sleeping on a cloud! I also have several storage cabinets from Ikea as well as a clothes wardrobe. I like these products because they are well built, easy to assemble and easy to interchange with other Ikea items.

Ikea is clean, spacious and easy to move around. Their food for lunch is amazing! Try the meatballs! Their pricing is fair, unless you are purchasing online, in which case you will spend more to ship an item than its cost. The frustrating part about IKEA is that if you find something, it may not be in stock and most IKEA stores aren't close to where most people live. Going to IKEA is an event, so if they don't have the item, you'll most likely never get it because shipping is way too much.

Ikea is a big playground for adults! I love shopping there. I have never entered Ikea without leaving with something fun. I've found more obscure items that I really needed to see in person to figure out if it would fit/go in my place. I don't get to go often but I love every minute of it when I'm there. I appreciate the low-cost options for furniture.

I could spend hours in IKEA. They have everything you could need for your house and they set it up so you can see how it looks in real life. It’s nice that you get to get all the pieces yourself that way you really only get what you want. I’ve gotten furniture that I didn’t need all the shelves so I just skipped on them and saved some money! Always quality.

IKEA has to be one of the most unique home and furniture stores out there! It is so awesome to walk into this gigantic stores and just follow the path and see many displays of what your room kitchen or office could look like. IKEA has many unique items that aren’t in typical stores. Only drawback is the lack of locations. I am only able to visit IKEA on trips. Pricing is cheaper because everything comes unassembled. So if you are not willing to put everything together then please look elsewhere.

Their furniture pieces does the job when you need it at the right price for the right time. Yes, some of them dont last and quality can be questionable but its always worked for me when I needed it. Their larger shelves I've had for a long time with good wear. The display makes it functional and gives you great ideas on how to use their pieces. Functional and easy to have and beat up. Sometimes hard to set up but it works.

I love shopping at ikea. I have bought so many things there. It’s very affordable and if you don’t mind putting things together, it’s totally worth the price. I usually enjoy putting things together, I like the challenge. There have been times I have been extremely frustrated and ready to toss out my purchase, but for the most part I have loved my purchases and will continue shopping at ikea.

Iconic. They have great, simple, easy-to-put-together, good-looking furniture. Going there is a treat, too. It's like an experience with how big it is! I like getting a feel for different living spaces and imagining ideal setups for your room, etc. Also, they have some of the most random stuff too that are great and totally buyable (e.g. stuffed animals, decent meatballs, legit chocolate)! Love Ikea.

I have always loved IKEA. I think that your furniture is trustworthy and stylish. I like the feel of the store. While it's certainly a maze, I appreciate that walking through can remind you of other items you might need, but had just forgotten about. I like that you offer so many options in one place. If I need a chair, there are so many that I can try out and look at right there. I love the information you even give about how much weight they can hold!

IKEA is the low-cost option for your furniture you can decorate nicely an entire apartment or child’s room on a budget however these products rarely last more than a few years. IKEA has done an awesome job of branding modern furniture on a budget. Also their instructions are very minimal and zero customer service for installation of basic furniture.

IKEA is a massively huge store with so much to choose from, you can almost spend a full day just shopping there. That is why they have a cafeteria on site so you can take a break and eat, then get right back to it. I love that the prices are cheaper than other places because you have to put almost everything together yourself with very simple instructions.

IKEA is a practical economic solution to many of our home furniture needs. The downside to most of the furniture is that you have to put it together yourself. It is really great quality and I have loved my kitchen stools probably the best! Once you get the hang of it in figuring out how to assemble them, it goes fairly quickly. We like the option of paying less and doing the labor ourselves. It has saved us quite a bit of money in the end.

IKEA as a whole is more than just shopping for furniture, it’s an experience for the whole family. With the beautiful/interactive furniture displays and the delicious food court, I am able to take my children shopping with me for hours without them getting bored. In addition to this, the workers at IKEA are extremely helpful in finding me exactly what I need. The wide variety of furniture options (color, size, style) makes it easy for everyone to find something that suits their style. My one complaint is that, because of the quality of the store, it can often get crowded with people. But, that just goes to show how well-loved IKEA is!! Online shopping with IKEA can solve that problem. It’s easy to find the same products online, and they can ship them right to your door!

I have been shopping at Ikea since they first opened in the US. I like their store and products so much that when I needed furniture for my new home in Alaska, I flew down to Seattle and bought furniture from them, then arranged to have it shipped home. I love that most of their couches are slipcovered (#6kids) and I love that their furniture like dressers can be shipped cheaply to Alaska because it is flatpacked. I do visit Ikea at least twice a year while traveling, and often find small things to bring home in my suitcase. I wish we had one in Alaska!

I am a recent Ikea customer and I ordered a high chair. It came in two separate shipments over two different days. I originally thought I was missing half of the chair, but their online customer service was very helpful and offered to send another chair immediately. The chair is very sturdy and easy to clean, easy to put together, and very inexpensive. I would buy it again and recommend it.

IKEA has some good things but they live up to the reputation of cheaply made furniture. I bought a bedside table, dresser, and headboard from them. Everything but the dresser was good. The dresser was garbage; it was super flimsy and even put together according to the instructions there are gaps and the drawers keep falling off their tracks. Wouldn't recommend. You pay a lot for poor quality.

Ikea is great if you know what you need exactly. It is hard to try to make it through the entire store and find what you need. Then to decide what you want only to have it not be there. The online experience is somewhat better.

Ikea has a good variety of home furnishing, and it has modern things. I don’t love the durability. I bought 14 cheap kitchen chairs there 9 years ago and I still have 10 but they have to be tightened every so often. I bought 3 couches there at the same time and 2 of the couches are slightly broken. One the armrest is lose. The other, one of the legs is bent so the product just doesn’t hold up over a long time. The table I bought is still good but the leaves stored under the table were water damaged unknowingly so we don’t store them under the table anymore.

When my kids were little, we purchased lots of items for their bedrooms from IKEA. The quality was decent and the prices were good. Most of those items are still in our home and have held up fairly well. Whenever I am shopping for furniture, I always check to see what IKEA has to offer. I love having an IKEA within 10 minutes of my home.

You pretty much get what you pay for with IKEA. Their furniture can be pretty cheap, but so are their prices. They have tons of variety and most of its pretty cute! The store can be a bit overwhelming, but they also deliver. Perfect for college students.

Ikea is great. Most of the things in our home are from Ikea. They have very modern furniture that is sold at a very reasonable price. You do have to be willing to put all the product together once you get home. So as long as you have someone who is handy you're in good shape.

IKEA is the best whether you can afford fancy furniture or you're a broke kid getting his first place. I was able to furnish my entire place for about a grand! That includes a couch, bed, tables and so much more.

When we lived in Spain, we shopped at IKEA often. It is amazing what you can fit in a small area when you have to. The only draw back is you have to put the furniture together yourself and it takes forever!

Ikea is a great place to find home stuff for a good price. Because you have to put together your own furniture is probably not ideal for someone who physically can’t or isn’t good at putting things together. But we love all of the contemporary and affordable options there!

Even though it takes a brain surgeon and 10 hours to put together an Ikea table.... and then another 5 hours because you left a part out that you missed in step 2, I have been very satisfied with Ikea and the quality you get for the money. Very affordable and is a one-stop shop for most of your home decor and furniture needs!

Every impressed with the customer service that IKEA provides. I bought a large off white area rug. When I asked if I could return it if it didn't look good in my room, I was told I had one year to return it. Now that's a good return policy!!

IKEA can be overwhelming when going into the store, but if you have a purpose and know what you're getting, you can get in and out of the store fairly quickly. Like other reviews have said, much frustration has been caused when I, as the customer, did my own assembly with no explanation, just pictures. It ALWAYS takes longer than you plan.

I think Ikea has good quality merchandise for the price they charge. I have bought several things from them. They really have it all when it comes to merchandise. I get frames and plants and I really like their kitchenware. Their store is a huge maze though, and there is hardly anyone around to help out. I always feel like I am not being helped.

I bought a bunch of desks and chairs for the new office that I'm working in. They were a really good price and so far they have done a really good job at lasting. The hardest part about buying from Ikea is just the setup once you get them. Other than that everything has been perfect.

Assembly instructions are sometimes the worst and can sometimes take multiple hours to assemble furniture. But I get that is why their furniture is so cheap. We have a lot of Ikea furniture and although the price is cheap, I have never felt like the quality of the pieces are cheap. Ikea is a great place to buy furniture on a budget.

Lord, there’s a lot of products here that u can find at ur local dollar tree store but with ikea expect to pay a couple dollars more. My last purchase from ikea was their “value” wash clothes and they have already fallen apart and been thrown away! Now as for their furniture, there’s a lot of the modern looks that are pretty awesome! I truly like the children’s furniture and the setups they have created! My son really likes the alternative looks they offer and so we choose to go there for his room!

The showroom is amazing. It's a really nice experience to walk through and find something you like. What I don't like is the poor quality or durability of the items purchased. or the fact that sometimes the instructions seem to have been put through a translator but never really read for proper English phrasing. The quality of the furniture seems to drop all the time.

IKEA offers affordable and stylish furniture and home decor options that I love. Their in-store experience is fantastic. However, the downside is their shipping and assembly process. Shipping is costly, and assembly, while a cost-saver, can be challenging. If you're patient and handy, it's worth it for the price and design, but it's something to keep in mind before making a purchase.
