Expect to wait on hold for 30 minutes at a time before having customer service hang up with out saying anything. Repeat this several times and you MIGHT get a person. Not worth the aggravation!

I've been paying for their most expensive plan. One trip to the drs office. Some blood tests, cardiogram... And the insurance didn't even cover half the charges. $500 out of pocket. I'm switching immediately.
