I had wood floors installed on my stairway and loft and it came out Beautiful. The work was done Excellent. The installation crew did a very good job. And took all the carpet they removed with them and including all the installation left overs or trash with them. And cleaned up the work sight very nice.It looks Amazing.

Crew not prepared. Day 1 required leaving site to pick up additional items needed to begin work, did not begin that day until around 1 pm. Although crew stated work would begin between 8-9, daily arrival time later than expected, quite often 10:00 or later. Although too early to more completely examine product and workmanship, flooring material seems of good quality. Several areas require attention, which expect to be addressed. Express staff seem seem responsive to my questions and concerns.

I must say, I was afraid after reading the negative reviews, but... OMG they did an AMAZING job!!! We got 3 rooms plus our stairs done this Fri. (all done the same day!) and it looks and feels absolutely beautiful! So, so far so good and zero complaints here!!!!

Could not ask for a better job. I love the flooring. And with Cesar and his crew installing the floor it was the best experience having work done. Installers showed up timely in the morning, stayed thru lunch and left after 7 pm with the entire job finished. Best experience. And ask for the installer Cesar.

We had an excellent experience with the installation team for carpet in our bedrooms. They were very helpful by moving the furniture out and worked quickly and returned the furniture to its original location. They were very polite and professional. Great Job!

Overall great service, install, Remy our installer team did a great job on communicating, kept areas protected and clean. Their scheduling and staying on top of project was excellent. The cost were a bit higher than I had intended on paying at approx. 4K over budget. Other than that I highly recommend express flooring.
