Wow! It takes a lot to impress me but these guys sure did! In 2 days they came in ripped out all of the floors and replaced. Moved furniture, put it back exactly as it was. Hauled away old flooring so we didn't have to and didn't leave me with a mess. They were friendly, everyone knew their job and got it done in a timely manner. I would heartily recommend this company! From first call to last walk through 4 days. Would have only been 3 but I needed time time to get home ready. Thank you Express Flooring

The upgraded padding makes it incredibly comfortable, and knowing it comes with a lifetime warranty on both the product and installation gives us peace of mind. The installation covered our office, living room, hallways, and family room, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Our design consultant, Neil Deins, was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. For the most part we are happy with the job done with the Laminate floors, it we ran into a little hiccup with the tile . The tile was done and had to be completely removed because the tile lines were not line up correctly. the tile crew did come in full force in one day to rectify the issue and came out great. The only other issue was our glass top electric stove got damaged which is not cheap to replace or repair.

Yair, Gerson and Yahel were all extremely polite, respectful of our home and exceptional customer service with an awesome job to where our home looks very professional and new and my wife and I couldn't be more happy!! I was so impressed and completely blown away by the speed of their work with top tier quality. From the consultation visit down to the team installation and clean up. I couldn’t believe they could get my entire house ( 5 bedrooms, 5 closets a massive size loft, hallway and stairs) done in one day but they did!! Not to mention how productive, professional and helpful this crew was. They moved my furniture with care and respect and made sure it got put back together when they were done and in the correct spots. Everything went very smoothly. The installation personnel were excellent. They moved the furniture, placed the pad and carpet with as few seams as possible, and then put everything back . They never stopped working, 6 hours was all it took to do 3 brm and hall. They vacuumed the new carpet and cleaned up the mess. We were very pleased.

Express Flooring crew of Gerado, Jesus, and Esa did a fabulous job of replacing the carpet in our bedrooms and office with luxury vinyl planking. We were told it would take two days. However, they arrived at 8:15 and were completely done at 5:30 pm. No second day needed. They were pleasant, hard workers, and Gerado answered our questions. The floors look great! They carefully removed baseboards and moved large furniture and returned everything to their original position. It was a pleasant experience.

From start to finish, Express Flooring gave us a stress-free and positive experience. Their staff was clearly knowledgeable about their business and very helpful. The installers were respectful and went above and beyond in ensuring that our flooring was installed well, even taking the time to sand and seal significant foundation cracks that were revealed after removing the carpet, recutting an old broken tile so that it fit better with our new installation, as well as other thoughtful actions. Price was fair. Install was great but they cut corners at the end regarding trim work. Delivered wrong carpet but got correct one within two days. Installers did awesome moving furniture and putting back exactly the same. Issue with installers is they didnt correctly place all the supports under the wood master bed frame. Could break the slats and ruen bedframe and matress. Difficult to get back in touch with them after they leave. Be sure to CLOSELY inspect EVERYTHING before they leave.

Initial install was not well coordinated, lack of communication from customer service people to keep me updated as to install dates and times. I had to initiate most communication to find this information out. Vinyl planking installation was does well. Carpet installation could have been better, some errors were made. After 2 years I had to pay $250 to have the carpet re-stretched. Overall I am satisfied with the product. However, as noted previous communication from them was poor and would have been better had they covered the re-stretch under the warranty.

They took their time to make sure every plank was placed naturally and seamlessly, especially since we used matching planks throughout the space. They paid close attention to detail, checked in with us along the way, and made sure we were completely happy with how everything looked. They also handled all the heavy lifting—moving furniture, covering our cabinets and counters with tarps, and keeping the work area clean. Their professionalism, skill, and care truly made the entire process stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend them!

The entire new carpet experience was top notch. The salesperson took an interest in our small project, explained all options, and made valid recommendations. He listened to our concerns, and showed a willingness to work with us, and not just make a sale. The installer showed up on time, asked us to inspect the carpet roll before the install started. We moved all the furniture the night before, it is just our way. The installer offered to move the furniture back after the install, no one has ever offered this in the past. All in all, this was a very good experience, and I will use Express Flooring again. I've had carpet install experiences for over 40 years of home ownership, this experience was the best.
