We had our floors done a few weeks ago and I cannot express how much I love how fast the work was done an how clean they kept it they moved all the furniture and they were very professional at everything they did. And it was all done in a very timely manner got it done in one day. I highly recommend. I have to give them a very good good thank you because everything came out beautifully.

We love our new carpet from Express Flooring! We chose a durable, pet-friendly carpet in Cuddle Grecian Tan—not too dark, not too light—and it fits our warm, relaxed style perfectly. The upgraded padding makes it incredibly comfortable, and knowing it comes with a lifetime warranty on both the product and installation gives us peace of mind. The installation covered our office, living room, hallways, and family room, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Our design consultant, Neil Deins, was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He walked us through all our options, worked within our budget without upselling, and clearly explained what was included in the price: moving furniture, new baseboards, and floor preparation. Yair, Gerson and Yahel were all extremely polite, respectful of our home and exceptional customer service with an awesome job to where our home looks very professional and new and my wife and I couldn't be more happy!! When we ever need flooring done again we will not hesitate to use y'all for all.of our flooring needs!! In 2 to 3 weeks y'all will be replacing our tile flooring throughout the rest of the house and I know without a shadow of a doubt it will look amazing as well with same feelings as our carpet does. Thanks to Stephanie our representative that came out and gave us our estimate for our new carpet and then again for an estimate to replace all the bathrooms, dining room and kitchen to completely finish the entire house. I absolutely would recommend Express flooring for all your needs!! They were professional and completed OUTSTANDING work!! I was so impressed and completely blown away by the speed of their work with top tier quality. From the consultation visit down to the team installation and clean up. I couldn’t believe they could get my entire house ( 5 bedrooms, 5 closets a massive size loft, hallway and stairs) done in one day but they did!! Not to mention how productive, professional and helpful this crew was. They moved my furniture with care and respect and made sure it got put back together when they were done and in the correct spots. The job was completed in just one day—they efficiently moved everything out, installed the flooring, and put everything back without wasting any time. Express Floors will bring samples to your home and they make it easy to select a product. The problem is that you do not have the opportunity to walk on the floors to see how they will feel underfoot, and how they will sound when you live on them. We purchased Mohawk RevWood Plus and had it installed throughout our house. Within just a couple of hours living on them, we realized we had made an $18,500 mistake. The floors look good, but we absolutely hate how they sound. They have a loud, cheap, hollow, "tippy tappy" sound when we walk on them. When our dogs walk on them, the click clack sound is ridiculously loud and drives us crazy. We are now looking at having the new floors ripped up and figuring out an alternative. If we had known how bad they would sound, we would never have selected this product. We hate the new floors. So far, my efforts to get Express Floors customer service to even send anyone out have been ignored. Each time I call they say someone will call me, but it has been a week now and so far that hasn't happened. That said, the team of installers was hard working, polite, and reliable.

Express Flooring did an amazing job at replacing the carpet on my stairs and other areas in my home. This was scheduled as a 2 day job but they sent 3 guys and they knocked it out in 1 day. The moved the necessary furniture and cleaned up afterwards. My floors and stairs look great.

For the most part we are happy with the job done with the Laminate floors, it we ran into a little hiccup with the tile . The tile was done and had to be completely removed because the tile lines were not line up correctly. the tile crew did come in full force in one day to rectify the issue and came out great. The only other issue was our glass top electric stove got damaged which is not cheap to replace or repair.

Everything went very smoothly. The installation personnel were excellent. They moved the furniture, placed the pad and carpet with as few seams as possible, and then put everything back . They never stopped working, 6 hours was all it took to do 3 brm and hall. They vacuumed the new carpet and cleaned up the mess. We were very pleased.

Express Flooring crew of Gerado, Jesus, and Esa did a fabulous job of replacing the carpet in our bedrooms and office with luxury vinyl planking. We were told it would take two days. However, they arrived at 8:15 and were completely done at 5:30 pm. No second day needed. They were pleasant, hard workers, and Gerado answered our questions. The floors look great! They carefully removed baseboards and moved large furniture and returned everything to their original position. It was a pleasant experience.

They took their time to make sure every plank was placed naturally and seamlessly, especially since we used matching planks throughout the space. They also handled all the heavy lifting—moving furniture, covering our cabinets and counters with tarps, and keeping the work area clean.
