I am immensely pleased with my experience with Express Flooring. From the time my wife and I met with the designer for an estimate until the end of the project, our project went fast and extremely efficient. The laminate flooring we selected is beautiful and the installation was very professionally done. Some of the baseboards were damaged as they were removed because they were glued on by the previous contractor. Express Flooring didn't think twice about replacing them at no cost to us. The new baseboards are better looking and were nailed on, as they should have been deforestation. I highly recommend Express Flooring for your flooring needs

I liked everything about my experience with Express Flooring, and my husband would agree with me. This was our very first home improvement project and it went smoothly from start to finish. Simon, the consultant came to our home with flooring and baseboard samples for us to choose from. He was very patient, polite and professional. He answered all of our questions, took a quick measurement, promised us an accurate deadline for completion and departed. On the scheduled date of install, Guillermo and his team of installers came in to perform their job in record time. Their precision and attention to detail was astonishing. When the install was completed, we were given details as to how to maintain our floors, an awesome Warranty and an invitation voucher for a condo stay. We even received a follow up call afterwards to find out if everything went ok with the install and if we had any further questions or concerns about the install that was performed. We highly recommend Express Flooring for your next flooring project. We will definitely have them come out for our next project.

Crew not prepared. Day 1 required leaving site to pick up additional items needed to begin work, did not begin that day until around 1 pm. Although crew stated work would begin between 8-9, daily arrival time later than expected, quite often 10:00 or later. Although too early to more completely examine product and workmanship, flooring material seems of good quality. Several areas require attention, which expect to be addressed. Express staff seem seem responsive to my questions and concerns.

I learned about Express Flooring through online advertisements about free consultations to evaluate the work to be done and obtain cost estimates or quotes. I put myself through this process and the estimating professional who came to do the evaluations had a very positive, encouraging attitude and was knowledgeable about marketing. Express Flooring's quotes were unbeatable, and we decided to continue with them. In less than a week, our floor replacement was completed to our great satisfaction. All businesses should operate like express. Their scheduler, estimater, installer, choices, and prices are all excellent. Not a flaw or glitch from beginning to end. I don’tknow how to write a review that would adequately describe the service or express my pleasure. You MUST give Express Flooring the chance. Check BBB, you will verify what I’m saying with a whole lot of other customers. I plan to have my living room and dining room done in this upcoming year. And I will have only Express Flooring. When I first had them come to my house they made me a promise, that I wouldn't have drama with the workers and everything would be perfect on my floors and they kept their promise!! They were very punctual and the guys did such an awesome job on floors and had it all done in 3 days. I was so happy with my floors I'm having them come back next year for more flooring. BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! They will take your money and everything will seem great but they will ghost you as soon as something goes wrong! And something will go wrong!!! Their materials and installation seem affordable and look nice for the first couple months but the "extremely durable" LVP floors start to warp and look like they will pop up at any moment. I paid $21,000 for my whole home to be completed and I'm not even done paying them off and I am fuming!!!! The man that handles the claims (limmy Yates) is extremely incompetent and told us twice he filed a claim for us and when I talk to the woman that answers the phone she has no record of it!! We had a whole conversation with him and he thought we were a totally different customer and just seemed so confused and kept saying he was the only one that handles claims and so we were patient for the first 4 month, but this has been going on since September and it is now March and there has been ZERO progress!!!!! We all work hard for the money we have so l'm begging you don't waste your hard earned money on this "company"!! I feel so cheated!!!! I'm sure some bot or someone that doesn't even work for the company will respond to this saying "I'm so sorry you had this experience" Don't waste your time!!! Nothing you can say at this point will make me ever recommend this company! I will shout from the roof tops for consumers to run as far away as possible!!!!! Express flooring should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for stealing money from so many consumers!!!!!
