Express Flooring

The salesman did an excellent job. Alex and Jose went above and beyond helping me before and after installing the carpet. Everyone was outstanding! Mary Page

Satisfied with flooring and pricing. They have an excellent work crew, expert workmanship, always prompt and courteous. Reason for not giving 5 stars, as time passes need to see if product stands up to as said warranty.

The entire process was easy and fast. I really liked the installation crew you sent to me. They went above and beyond what was needed to do the job properly.

BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! They will take your money and everything will seem great but they will ghost you as soon as something goes wrong! And something will go wrong!!! Their materials and installation seem affordable and look nice for the first couple months but the "extremely durable" LVP floors start to warp and look like they will pop up at any moment. I paid $21,000 for my whole home to be completed and I'm not even done paying them off and I am fuming!!!! The man that handles the claims (limmy Yates) is extremely incompetent and told us twice he filed a claim for us and when I talk to the woman that answers the phone she has no record of it!! We had a whole conversation with him and he thought we were a totally different customer and just seemed so confused and kept saying he was the only one that handles claims and so we were patient for the first 4 month, but this has been going on since September and it is now March and there has been ZERO progress!!!!! We all work hard for the money we have so l'm begging you don't waste your hard earned money on this "company"!! I feel so cheated!!!! I'm sure some bot or someone that doesn't even work for the company will respond to this saying "I'm so sorry you had this experience" Don't waste your time!!! Nothing you can say at this point will make me ever recommend this company! I will shout from the roof tops for consumers to run as far away as possible!!!!! Express flooring should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for stealing money from so many consumers!!!!!
