Great consultant, gave us a good selection of carpet, measured everything quickly and gave us a good price. We were able to set an install date right away. Install crew was amazing, removed old carpet and pad, cleaned the bare floor, and did three rooms in six hours. They also moved all the furniture in and out. Very satisfied!

Our saleswoman Lisa worked very hard to get us the best deal for our floor. She was thorough in describing the differences of our flooring choices. Once we signed the contract we had the floor installed within a week. The installation crew was careful, polite and thorough. My wife is very happy with her new floor.

Beginning with the Express Flooring Company, the sales rep was very thorough and there was no pressure. We appreciated them calling the day before to remind us of the timeframe the installers were coming, then the day of they called and gave us a 30-minute notice they were on their way. The installers moved all our furniture, were very efficient and respectful. Wilson was the Installer for wood vinyl flooring. Sorry I do not remember the two installers who did the carpeting. Would totally recommend Express Flooring!

I was pleased with the installation of my LVP. The installers did the whole 2 BR+ 1 Bath house in 2 days. They helped moving all the big furnitures esp in the laundry room and in bed rooms. The installers came on time and they were very good about putting all the things back and cleaned my house after finished. I was very happy with the work and finally replaced my carpet with vynil floor after postponing it for years. Thanks EF! 🙏🏽

At first I thought there would be some guys that would take out the furniture, then another set of guys that would put in the carpet and the other guys would return to put the furniture back. As it turns out it was the same two guys that did everything for us. I was impressed. The guys were not only nice but respectful when it came to putting our furniture back properly.

I recently had all the floors in the house done except the kitchen and bathroom and I am loving them. The team that came out was extremely professional and got the job done two days earlier than expected. The manager even came out to review the work and checked to make sure everything was up to my standards and theirs. They put in full shifts each day only took short lunch breaks. The tile is laid evenly in a herringbone design and the grouting is realy really good. HIGHLY recommend!!

This was my first experience with Express Flooring, and I have to say the process was very easy and streamlined. I liked the individual who came to the house with all the samples and took all the measurements. The contract was signed and was executed within 3 months. With the long wait time I was worried about the scheduling, but was contacted the day before the installation with their expectations from me. I could have used more prep time , but it worked out. The installers were efficient and I was thankful they moved all the furniture for me. I love the end product.

Rodriqueo, was great, he went over and above my expectations! He’s a great employee. I was glad he was heading up my installation of my carpet and they finished tear out of the old carpet and moving the heavy furniture out Installed the new pad and carpet and then moved the heavy furniture back in. It was scheduled for two days and they finished in one. Thanks to Rodrigo’s planning and organization. The two other installers were courtesy. Thanks for sending Rodrigo and these installers!

This was our second time using them at our house. The first time was installing carpet in all five bedrooms. Everything went flawless sells people are amazing. Installers are very polite, fast and professional this year. We had them install beautiful wood looking tile in my sign space they did amazing it looks exactly like my existing flooring in my home. Also, last year we my son had them install flooring on his complete downstairs. We did have a small hiccup there, but they fixed it. We would definitely utilize this company again and again the referral program is amazing.

Great service from beginning to end! The three gentleman that came to our house worked tirelessly to pull up all the tile (lots) and carpet. Just as important they were able to offer a flooring solution within the bounds of our financial budget. We will be using them again in the near future when we change out some carpet. I liked everything about my experience with Express Flooring, and my husband would agree with me. This was our very first home improvement project and it went smoothly from start to finish. Simon, the consultant came to our home with flooring and baseboard samples for us to choose from. He was very patient, polite and professional. He answered all of our questions, took a quick measurement, promised us an accurate deadline for completion and departed. On the scheduled date of install, Guillermo and his team of installers came in to perform their job in record time. Their precision and attention to detail was astonishing. When the install was completed, we were given details as to how to maintain our floors, an awesome Warranty and an invitation voucher for a condo stay. We even received a follow up call afterwards to find out if everything went ok with the install and if we had any further questions or concerns about the install that was performed. We highly recommend Express Flooring for your next flooring project. We will definitely have them come out for our next project.

My experience with Express Flooring was mixed, and there are several things I wish I had known beforehand. While the pricing itself wasn’t terrible, the “70% off” advertising felt misleading — the final numbers did not reflect anything close to that type of discount. I also encountered several issues with communication and process transparency. I was assured that my credit would not be run as a hard inquiry. However, a hard inquiry did appear on my credit report. When I contacted the sales representative, he said, that he was was told to simply say it is not a hard inquiry, which was frustrating and felt dishonest. Installation also came with avoidable complications. On the scheduled installation day, the installers brought the wrong tiles. They initially tried to convince me that I was mistaken, even though the colors were clearly different. This error required the installation to be rescheduled. Later, I found out that Express Flooring had also forgotten to schedule the installation with the subcontracting company, which caused yet another delay and added an extra day of work. Overall, while the final product may work out fine for some customers, my experience involved too many miscommunications and preventable mistakes. I would recommend asking very detailed questions upfront and double-checking everything before committing.
