My floor looks amazing. The gentleman who installed the floor did an excellent job. He was by himself and my floor was completed in 2 days.
I went with Majestc Bluff. I’m extremely happy with the way it turned out.
I have 4 dogs and this floor is pet proof.
I highly recommend Express Flooring for all your floor needs.

They came on Monday and started working on the floors on Tuesday morning. All the floors were installed to include the carpet in the bedrooms by Thursday.
The floors look excellent and the workers installing them were outstanding.

Express Flooring Tucson
Initial install was not well coordinated, lack of communication from customer service people to keep me updated as to install dates and times. I had to initiate most communication to find this information out. Vinyl planking installation was does well. Carpet installation could have been better, some errors were made. After 2 years I had to pay $250 to have the carpet re-stretched. Overall I am satisfied with the product. However, as noted previous communication from them was poor and would have been better had they covered the re-stretch under the warranty.

Our sales and installation experiences were very good. Our installation crew was great and went above and beyond to assist with a couple specific requests. And they got the job done in less time than quoted! We would definitely work with them again. I would recommend Express Flooring to anyone looking for a flooring company.

Polite, professional and not only moved my furniture, but put it back exactly as it was originally! They worked tirelessly, and I couldn't have been more satisfied! Cade, the first person we met at Express was professional, friendly and considerate.
We were given a great price to do 4 rooms, pantry and bedroom closet. The installers removed baseboards, carpet and demo-ed tile, and leveled the floors with cement before installing my beautiful wood laminate. My house looks outstanding! Love the color and quality! I do recommend them to anyone who asks!

Derek,Miguel and Roberto were the best! Derek can sing, very pleasant, big smile and detail person and spoke good English Miguel is very hard working, did all the precision cutting and made sure it fitted well when other two installed it, Roberto was rather new and did very well. Quick learner and they all wasted NO time getting the job done. Asked for our feedback several times and confirmed that they were installing the right product. Very efficient team!!

Amazing work from the Tech Zach that gave us a great explanation of the types of floors, should us exactly what we needed and gave us an amazing price! to the installation techs that did a wonderful job moving our furniture, taking the old stuff away and prepping and installing the our brand new tile floor!

This is my second house using Express Flooring and once again they delivered. Going from carpet to a high-end heavy wear flooring was easy. Installation was estimated for two days, but our installer leveled the floor and installed it in half a day. Couldn't be any happier with the whole process. The salesman was really helpful and knowledgeable.
The team of installers were fantastic, they worked very well together, they seemed to know what each was supposed to do. They were careful moving furniture and not to damage any walls or furniture.
They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked constantly to finish the job. We ran into asbestos in the kitchen so we had a delay of a few days and extra $$, I asked for the same team, as I liked their work, they finished the job in one day. Very happy with the luxury vinyl and the team that installed it.

Requests for consultation thru installation. Very satisfied with Dinora the Dales Cobsiltabt. She was professional, knowledgeable and prompt to answer any questions. The customer service crew was prompt to advise regarding updates. The installation crew was excellent. I did some research in my area and of all the carpet installers I got estimates from three Flooring companies and Express was the most affordable while providing great service . I highly recommend them !

Amazing! They pulled out the carpet, installed the flooring, put back the base boards and did this all in a few hours. The install team was professional and nice. I used Express Flooring last year and also had a great experience. So I just had to use them again! You will not be disappointed! When the sales rep came to my home for the initial visit, she was not pushy and we got straight to business. She measured the space and the paperwork was signed all in 30 minutes!

I learned about Express Flooring through online advertisements about free consultations to evaluate the work to be done and obtain cost estimates or quotes. I put myself through this process and the estimating professional who came to do the evaluations had a very positive, encouraging attitude and was knowledgeable about marketing. Express Flooring's quotes were unbeatable, and we decided to continue with them. In less than a week, our floor replacement was completed to our great satisfaction. The access to different carpet samples while in your home is so nice. It gives you the opportunity to look at your decor & colors to how it will look with them.
The installation crew were very professional. They handles moving my furniture gently & even asked once they replaced it if it was in the proper location. They cleaned up as they removed & installed the carpet.

I really love the ease of getting exactly what you want. Not a whole lot of attention to the underlayment options but the type that was installed looked and felt better than contractor’s so I didn’t complain. The prices went up A LOT but was told that’s across the board. Did 2/3 of my home with luxury, extra wide vinyl plank last year, and this year 1/3 of the home with luxury carpet cost nearly as much when it could have been about a quarter of the price just a year ago. Other than that the prices and install was super easy, our designer was very friendly and relatable. Talk them down on prices if you know what you’re buying, they are flexible.

An overall great experience. The installers were professional, respectful and worked quickly and very cleanly. I requested that a small piece of flooring they installed be removed and replaced with one that blended better with yhose around it. Without any questions, it was replaced immediately. They were sensitive to my options asking for them several times before just using their judgment. They were among the best workers I've ever experienced. I cannot find any negative issues and would recommend them without Any hesitation. Choosing such excellent installers speakers volumes about the overall integrity and quality of service provided by Express Flooring.

Painless Process. From my first call to meeting with the sales representative, to scheduling, demolition, installation and completion this company has been easy and professional to work with. I highly recommend the sales representative Simone as well as the installation crew led by Jay Hernandez. They truly know their business, listen to customer desires, concerns, goals and worked well to achieve the best outcome. Pricing was fair and I was able to qualify for 1 year of interest free financing. I highly recommend Express Flooring. More choice of ceramic tile would be nice, however, I am happy with my selection. Thank you for a pleasant experience, Grateful and Happy with my flooring :-)

Great scoping and design pre meeting, timely scheduling, fabulous product offering at great pricing, and super efficient, careful, and highly communicative installers who did our entire 1500 sqft house in less than two days. Sure, we helped w clearing spaces for them and then reoccupying rooms where they had finished to clear new ones. But these guys were so good we had to press to keep up with them. And this included old carpets and laminate removal, remediation of underpayment defects, and then installation on new LVP and baseboards throughout the entire house (including moving of all appliances and large furnishings and reassembly and installation as needed). We love the product, maintenance is easy, and all our visitors think we have a new house!

I love my floors!! From start to finish, from sales to install, Express Flooring has been great to work with! When I met with the sales rep. I didn’t know what I was looking for. But he explained all my options clearly and I chose a floor and and price that worked for me. Scheduling was quick and easy. The office kept me updated regarding what I should expect and arrival the time. Iban and his crew arrived on time each day. They were respectful and accommodating and did the work quickly and professionally. Each time they left, the house was swept and the tools were put away. What an amazing experience! It was like a dreaming, I reluctantly contact them over the internet, and when the got back, I reluctantly took the call thinking it would be the usual internet scammers, but to my greatest surprise, the scheduled a free on-site consultation and boom! They showed up, and the agent was friendly and professional.
Made measurements, this calculation and all the deductible bonuses and I ended up getting 3 times cheaper than the previous people I consulted.
Now here this, I was even qualified for a one year speed credit payment for a 1st user.
I have told all my friends to use them, they are simply great!

I was very impressed with the quality of the product. The gentleman was very friendly and very concerned I was impressed with the work and if I had any questions and made sure he was very careful with my doors. I even asked him a personal question about my walnut chairs and the kind of stain I should use to cover some of the flaws. He informed me they now have pens of the stain color and how to apply it to make my chairs look new again. He went above and beyond his job qualifications to please his customer. I would recommend him to anyone looking for new flooring. Personality and kindness also help sell a good product.

I am immensely pleased with my experience with Express Flooring. From the time my wife and I met with the designer for an estimate until the end of the project, our project went fast and extremely efficient. The laminate flooring we selected is beautiful and the installation was very professionally done. Some of the baseboards were damaged as they were removed because they were glued on by the previous contractor. Express Flooring didn't think twice about replacing them at no cost to us. The new baseboards are better looking and were nailed on, as they should have been deforestation. I highly recommend Express Flooring for your flooring needs

Price was fair. Install was great but they cut corners at the end regarding trim work. Delivered wrong carpet but got correct one within two days. Installers did awesome moving furniture and putting back exactly the same. Issue with installers is they didnt correctly place all the supports under the wood master bed frame. Could break the slats and ruen bedframe and matress. Difficult to get back in touch with them after they leave. Be sure to CLOSELY inspect EVERYTHING before they leave.
