The whole experience from start to finish met my expectations and more. I called to get a free consultation and they arrived next day . We discussed every detail and offered me tile options and the very next day they were at my door ready to go to work. Carlos and his team (all 3) were so quick and the quality was amazing. They had to remove the old hardwood floor too. The installation of the new tile looks so beautiful what a transformation!!!They were done in only 2 1/2 days. They were very efficient and reliable. The craftsmanship was top notch. They respected my home and placed all furniture back when the project was completed. I recommend this company to everyone. They went over and beyond my expectations. The salesman was very professional and very easy to work with.No pressure at all.
He provided me with a very fair price.Which included, tearing everything out, putting everything in.
The people who actually came out and put in my tile floor were extremely professional and did a great job. They paid attention to detail.They made sure that the floor was laid very well and made it look fantastic.They also took away all the trash daily. It took him two days to get it done.But it was worth every second. They didn't try to charge me additional fees for anything.They made sure my floor was even and leveled, and that the tile was laid properly throughout the house. They put all the floor molding on.And it looked fantastic.Also, and they made sure to silicone and seal everything.
They did my bathroom also and removed the toilet and replaced it.And i've not had a problem with that.At all.
This is definitely a company to reach out to and know that when they say they're going to do something they go above and beyond.

I really love the ease of getting exactly what you want. Not a whole lot of attention to the underlayment options but the type that was installed looked and felt better than contractor’s so I didn’t complain. The prices went up A LOT but was told that’s across the board. Did 2/3 of my home with luxury, extra wide vinyl plank last year, and this year 1/3 of the home with luxury carpet cost nearly as much when it could have been about a quarter of the price just a year ago. Other than that the prices and install was super easy, our designer was very friendly and relatable. Talk them down on prices if you know what you’re buying, they are flexible.

An overall great experience. The installers were professional, respectful and worked quickly and very cleanly. I requested that a small piece of flooring they installed be removed and replaced with one that blended better with yhose around it. Without any questions, it was replaced immediately. They were sensitive to my options asking for them several times before just using their judgment. They were among the best workers I've ever experienced. I cannot find any negative issues and would recommend them without Any hesitation. Choosing such excellent installers speakers volumes about the overall integrity and quality of service provided by Express Flooring.

Painless Process. From my first call to meeting with the sales representative, to scheduling, demolition, installation and completion this company has been easy and professional to work with. I highly recommend the sales representative Simone as well as the installation crew led by Jay Hernandez. They truly know their business, listen to customer desires, concerns, goals and worked well to achieve the best outcome. Pricing was fair and I was able to qualify for 1 year of interest free financing. I highly recommend Express Flooring. More choice of ceramic tile would be nice, however, I am happy with my selection. Thank you for a pleasant experience, Grateful and Happy with my flooring :-)

Great scoping and design pre meeting, timely scheduling, fabulous product offering at great pricing, and super efficient, careful, and highly communicative installers who did our entire 1500 sqft house in less than two days. Sure, we helped w clearing spaces for them and then reoccupying rooms where they had finished to clear new ones. But these guys were so good we had to press to keep up with them. And this included old carpets and laminate removal, remediation of underpayment defects, and then installation on new LVP and baseboards throughout the entire house (including moving of all appliances and large furnishings and reassembly and installation as needed). We love the product, maintenance is easy, and all our visitors think we have a new house!

I love my floors!! From start to finish, from sales to install, Express Flooring has been great to work with! When I met with the sales rep. I didn’t know what I was looking for. But he explained all my options clearly and I chose a floor and and price that worked for me. Scheduling was quick and easy. The office kept me updated regarding what I should expect and arrival the time. Iban and his crew arrived on time each day. They were respectful and accommodating and did the work quickly and professionally. Each time they left, the house was swept and the tools were put away. What an amazing experience! It was like a dreaming, I reluctantly contact them over the internet, and when the got back, I reluctantly took the call thinking it would be the usual internet scammers, but to my greatest surprise, the scheduled a free on-site consultation and boom! They showed up, and the agent was friendly and professional.
Made measurements, this calculation and all the deductible bonuses and I ended up getting 3 times cheaper than the previous people I consulted.
Now here this, I was even qualified for a one year speed credit payment for a 1st user.
I have told all my friends to use them, they are simply great!

I was very impressed with the quality of the product. The gentleman was very friendly and very concerned I was impressed with the work and if I had any questions and made sure he was very careful with my doors. I even asked him a personal question about my walnut chairs and the kind of stain I should use to cover some of the flaws. He informed me they now have pens of the stain color and how to apply it to make my chairs look new again. He went above and beyond his job qualifications to please his customer. I would recommend him to anyone looking for new flooring. Personality and kindness also help sell a good product.

I am immensely pleased with my experience with Express Flooring. From the time my wife and I met with the designer for an estimate until the end of the project, our project went fast and extremely efficient. The laminate flooring we selected is beautiful and the installation was very professionally done. Some of the baseboards were damaged as they were removed because they were glued on by the previous contractor. Express Flooring didn't think twice about replacing them at no cost to us. The new baseboards are better looking and were nailed on, as they should have been deforestation. I highly recommend Express Flooring for your flooring needs

Express Floors will bring samples to your home and they make it easy to select a product. The problem is that you do not have the opportunity to walk on the floors to see how they will feel underfoot, and how they will sound when you live on them. We purchased Mohawk RevWood Plus and had it installed throughout our house. Within just a couple of hours living on them, we realized we had made an $18,500 mistake. The floors look good, but we absolutely hate how they sound. They have a loud, cheap, hollow, "tippy tappy" sound when we walk on them. When our dogs walk on them, the click clack sound is ridiculously loud and drives us crazy. We are now looking at having the new floors ripped up and figuring out an alternative. If we had known how bad they would sound, we would never have selected this product. We hate the new floors. So far, my efforts to get Express Floors customer service to even send anyone out have been ignored. Each time I call they say someone will call me, but it has been a week now and so far that hasn't happened. That said, the team of installers was hard working, polite, and reliable.

Price was fair. Install was great but they cut corners at the end regarding trim work. Delivered wrong carpet but got correct one within two days. Installers did awesome moving furniture and putting back exactly the same. Issue with installers is they didnt correctly place all the supports under the wood master bed frame. Could break the slats and ruen bedframe and matress. Difficult to get back in touch with them after they leave. Be sure to CLOSELY inspect EVERYTHING before they leave.

They came on Monday and started working on the floors on Tuesday morning. All the floors were installed to include the carpet in the bedrooms by Thursday.
The floors look excellent and the workers installing them were outstanding.
I would highly recommend them.

Express Flooring Tucson
Initial install was not well coordinated, lack of communication from customer service people to keep me updated as to install dates and times. I had to initiate most communication to find this information out. Vinyl planking installation was does well. Carpet installation could have been better, some errors were made. After 2 years I had to pay $250 to have the carpet re-stretched. Overall I am satisfied with the product. However, as noted previous communication from them was poor and would have been better had they covered the re-stretch under the warranty.

Had a new kitchen floor installed but first they had to remove the old tile. Javier and his crew did a wonderful job. There was very little dust. The next day the put my new floor in. The total job went very smooth I had an issue with the finish on the 1/4 round moulsing which was addressed immediatly and turned out great. I do wish thwere had been a better english speaking person on the job but we did manage to communicate fairly well overall. The dealings with everyone involved were very good,

It was an extraordinary experience. First off the salesperson that comes by to do measurements and inform was so charming and knowledgeable.
The installer follow through as a promise to call me how far before he was here. Of which he did. Very punctual very professional. They were so super hard all day 10 or 11 hours somewhere in there.
It looks beautiful and I'm so happy. I totally recommend using them for your flooring needs.

The salesman was really helpful and knowledgeable.
The team of installers were fantastic, they worked very well together, they seemed to know what each was supposed to do. They were careful moving furniture and not to damage any walls or furniture.
They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked constantly to finish the job. We ran into asbestos in the kitchen so we had a delay of a few days and extra $$, I asked for the same team, as I liked their work, they finished the job in one day. Very happy with the luxury vinyl and the team that installed it.

Amazing! They pulled out the carpet, installed the flooring, put back the base boards and did this all in a few hours. The install team was professional and nice. I used Express Flooring last year and also had a great experience. So I just had to use them again! You will not be disappointed! When the sales rep came to my home for the initial visit, she was not pushy and we got straight to business. She measured the space and the paperwork was signed all in 30 minutes!

The access to different carpet samples while in your home is so nice. It gives you the opportunity to look at your decor & colors to how it will look with them.
The installation crew were very professional. They handles moving my furniture gently & even asked once they replaced it if it was in the proper location. They cleaned up as they removed & installed the carpet.

These guys know what they’re doing! Though we thought the quote was high, their professionalism and guaranteed customer satisfaction were unparalleled in our experience. Beginning with the Express Flooring Company, the sales rep was very thorough and there was no pressure. We appreciated them calling the day before to remind us of the timeframe the installers were coming, then the day of they called and gave us a 30-minute notice they were on their way. The installers moved all our furniture, were very efficient and respectful. Wilson was the Installer for wood vinyl flooring. Sorry I do not remember the two installers who did the carpeting. Would totally recommend Express Flooring!

I was pleased with the installation of my LVP. The installers did the whole 2 BR+ 1 Bath house in 2 days. They helped moving all the big furnitures esp in the laundry room and in bed rooms. The installers came on time and they were very good about putting all the things back and cleaned my house after finished. I was very happy with the work and finally replaced my carpet with vynil floor after postponing it for years. Thanks EF! 🙏🏽

Awesome work from our two guys. At first I thought there would be some guys that would take out the furniture, then another set of guys that would put in the carpet and the other guys would return to put the furniture back. As it turns out it was the same two guys that did everything for us. I was impressed. The guys were not only nice but respectful when it came to putting our furniture back properly.

Express Flooring was great to work with. The responded quickly and professionally with their estimate and scheduled installation. The installers contacted us prior to arrival, they worked well with moving all our furniture and prepped the existing concrete floor after demo of our existing flooring. Three great men they started at 9 AM took out my furniture at a three rooms removed my baseboards put down the new floor put back the baseboards put back all the furniture and they were done at 1 PM all that hard work in four hours Excellent job. I recently had all the floors in the house done except the kitchen and bathroom and I am loving them. The team that came out was extremely professional and got the job done two days earlier than expected. The manager even came out to review the work and checked to make sure everything was up to my standards and theirs. They put in full shifts each day only took short lunch breaks. They did a fantastic job.
