An overall great experience. The installers were professional, respectful and worked quickly and very cleanly. I requested that a small piece of flooring they installed be removed and replaced with one that blended better with yhose around it. Without any questions, it was replaced immediately. They were sensitive to my options asking for them several times before just using their judgment. They were among the best workers I've ever experienced. I cannot find any negative issues and would recommend them without Any hesitation. Choosing such excellent installers speakers volumes about the overall integrity and quality of service provided by Express Flooring.

Painless Process. From my first call to meeting with the sales representative, to scheduling, demolition, installation and completion this company has been easy and professional to work with. I highly recommend the sales representative Simone as well as the installation crew led by Jay Hernandez. They truly know their business, listen to customer desires, concerns, goals and worked well to achieve the best outcome. Pricing was fair and I was able to qualify for 1 year of interest free financing. I highly recommend Express Flooring. Great scoping and design pre meeting, timely scheduling, fabulous product offering at great pricing, and super efficient, careful, and highly communicative installers who did our entire 1500 sqft house in less than two days. Sure, we helped w clearing spaces for them and then reoccupying rooms where they had finished to clear new ones. But these guys were so good we had to press to keep up with them. And this included old carpets and laminate removal, remediation of underpayment defects, and then installation on new LVP and baseboards throughout the entire house (including moving of all appliances and large furnishings and reassembly and installation as needed). We love the product, maintenance is easy, and all our visitors think we have a new house!

The access to different carpet samples while in your home is so nice. It gives you the opportunity to look at your decor & colors to how it will look with them. The installation crew were very professional. They handles moving my furniture gently & even asked once they replaced it if it was in the proper location. They cleaned up as they removed & installed the carpet.

Beginning with the Express Flooring Company, the sales rep was very thorough and there was no pressure. We appreciated them calling the day before to remind us of the timeframe the installers were coming, then the day of they called and gave us a 30-minute notice they were on their way. The installers moved all our furniture, were very efficient and respectful. Wilson was the Installer for wood vinyl flooring. Sorry I do not remember the two installers who did the carpeting. Would totally recommend Express Flooring!

I was pleased with the installation of my LVP. The installers did the whole 2 BR+ 1 Bath house in 2 days. They helped moving all the big furnitures esp in the laundry room and in bed rooms. The installers came on time and they were very good about putting all the things back and cleaned my house after finished. I was very happy with the work and finally replaced my carpet with vynil floor after postponing it for years. Thanks EF! 🙏🏽

Awesome work from our two guys. At first I thought there would be some guys that would take out the furniture, then another set of guys that would put in the carpet and the other guys would return to put the furniture back. I recently had all the floors in the house done except the kitchen and bathroom and I am loving them. The team that came out was extremely professional and got the job done two days earlier than expected. The manager even came out to review the work and checked to make sure everything was up to my standards and theirs. They put in full shifts each day only took short lunch breaks. This was my first experience with Express Flooring, and I have to say the process was very easy and streamlined. I liked the individual who came to the house with all the samples and took all the measurements. The contract was signed and was executed within 3 months. With the long wait time I was worried about the scheduling, but was contacted the day before the installation with their expectations from me. I could have used more prep time , but it worked out. The installers were efficient and I was thankful they moved all the furniture for me. I love the end product.
