Price was fair. Install was great but they cut corners at the end regarding trim work. Delivered wrong carpet but got correct one within two days. Installers did awesome moving furniture and putting back exactly the same. Issue with installers is they didnt correctly place all the supports under the wood master bed frame. Could break the slats and ruen bedframe and matress. Difficult to get back in touch with them after they leave. Be sure to CLOSELY inspect EVERYTHING before they leave.

They came on Monday and started working on the floors on Tuesday morning. All the floors were installed to include the carpet in the bedrooms by Thursday. The floors look excellent and the workers installing them were outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

Initial install was not well coordinated, lack of communication from customer service people to keep me updated as to install dates and times. I had to initiate most communication to find this information out. Vinyl planking installation was does well. Carpet installation could have been better, some errors were made. After 2 years I had to pay $250 to have the carpet re-stretched. Overall I am satisfied with the product. However, as noted previous communication from them was poor and would have been better had they covered the re-stretch under the warranty.

Cade, the first person we met at Express was professional, friendly and considerate. We were given a great price to do 4 rooms, pantry and bedroom closet. The installers removed baseboards, carpet and demo-ed tile, and leveled the floors with cement before installing my beautiful wood laminate. My house looks outstanding! Love the color and quality! I do recommend them to anyone who asks!

Derek,Miguel and Roberto were the best! Derek can sing, very pleasant, big smile and detail person and spoke good English Miguel is very hard working, did all the precision cutting and made sure it fitted well when other two installed it, Roberto was rather new and did very well. Quick learner and they all wasted NO time getting the job done. Asked for our feedback several times and confirmed that they were installing the right product. Very efficient team!!

Installation was estimated for two days, but our installer leveled the floor and installed it in half a day. Couldn't be any happier with the whole process. The entire new carpet experience was top notch. The salesperson took an interest in our small project, explained all options, and made valid recommendations. He listened to our concerns, and showed a willingness to work with us, and not just make a sale. The installer showed up on time, asked us to inspect the carpet roll before the install started. We moved all the furniture the night before, it is just our way. The installer offered to move the furniture back after the install, no one has ever offered this in the past. All in all, this was a very good experience, and I will use Express Flooring again. I've had carpet install experiences for over 40 years of home ownership, this experience was the best.

The two floor specialists that installed our whole house carpet were excellent and only stopped for a 1/2 hour lunch break, total non stop hard work for two long days. They knew their jobs, pulling up the old carpet,cleaning up the dirt and dust that was every where, measuring and cutting the padding and carpet outside and cleaning up all remnant pieces as they went. They did a living room, dining room, a long and wide hallway to our family room, a master bedroom with large walk-in closet, a second bedroom converted to a multi craft room with a walk-in closet, a third guest bedroom with a walk-in closet, a fourth bedroom converted to a large office with two desks and computers, files etc., oh a closet in the hallway ! I wanted to show the amounted in three long days, what a bargain we received from Express. If I still had my business I would steal these two workers!

The process to get started and make my decision on accepting your company went smooth. Ms Crystalee C was very helpful in this process. The workers were professional, respectful, and provided Class A service. We are very satisfied with the work done and hopefully the material will last as advertised. We were impressed by the work the two individuals performed and all in one day! Other companies were stating that it would take them 4-5 days and all my furniture would have to move to the garage (crazy), this was one turn-off from the other companies, besides the price... So thank you for the service and yes, I will pass on the good word.

The whole experience from start to finish met my expectations and more. I called to get a free consultation and they arrived next day . We discussed every detail and offered me tile options and the very next day they were at my door ready to go to work. Carlos and his team (all 3) were so quick and the quality was amazing. They had to remove the old hardwood floor too. The installation of the new tile looks so beautiful what a transformation!!!They were done in only 2 1/2 days. They were very efficient and reliable. The salesman was very professional and very easy to work with.No pressure at all. He provided me with a very fair price.Which included, tearing everything out, putting everything in. The people who actually came out and put in my tile floor were extremely professional and did a great job. They paid attention to detail.They made sure that the floor was laid very well and made it look fantastic.They also took away all the trash daily. It took him two days to get it done.But it was worth every second. They didn't try to charge me additional fees for anything.They made sure my floor was even and leveled, and that the tile was laid properly throughout the house. They put all the floor molding on.And it looked fantastic.Also, and they made sure to silicone and seal everything. They did my bathroom also and removed the toilet and replaced it.And i've not had a problem with that.At all. This is definitely a company to reach out to and know that when they say they're going to do something they go above and beyond.

I really love the ease of getting exactly what you want. Not a whole lot of attention to the underlayment options but the type that was installed looked and felt better than contractor’s so I didn’t complain. The prices went up A LOT but was told that’s across the board. Did 2/3 of my home with luxury, extra wide vinyl plank last year, and this year 1/3 of the home with luxury carpet cost nearly as much when it could have been about a quarter of the price just a year ago. Other than that the prices and install was super easy, our designer was very friendly and relatable. Talk them down on prices if you know what you’re buying, they are flexible.

An overall great experience. The installers were professional, respectful and worked quickly and very cleanly. I requested that a small piece of flooring they installed be removed and replaced with one that blended better with yhose around it. Without any questions, it was replaced immediately. They were sensitive to my options asking for them several times before just using their judgment. They were among the best workers I've ever experienced. I cannot find any negative issues and would recommend them without Any hesitation. The salesman was really helpful and knowledgeable. The team of installers were fantastic, they worked very well together, they seemed to know what each was supposed to do. They were careful moving furniture and not to damage any walls or furniture. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked constantly to finish the job. We ran into asbestos in the kitchen so we had a delay of a few days and extra $$, I asked for the same team, as I liked their work, they finished the job in one day. Very happy with the luxury vinyl and the team that installed it.

Amazing! They pulled out the carpet, installed the flooring, put back the base boards and did this all in a few hours. The install team was professional and nice. I used Express Flooring last year and also had a great experience. So I just had to use them again! You will not be disappointed! The access to different carpet samples while in your home is so nice. It gives you the opportunity to look at your decor & colors to how it will look with them. The installation crew were very professional. They handles moving my furniture gently & even asked once they replaced it if it was in the proper location. Beginning with the Express Flooring Company, the sales rep was very thorough and there was no pressure. We appreciated them calling the day before to remind us of the timeframe the installers were coming, then the day of they called and gave us a 30-minute notice they were on their way. The installers moved all our furniture, were very efficient and respectful. Wilson was the Installer for wood vinyl flooring. Sorry I do not remember the two installers who did the carpeting. Would totally recommend Express Flooring!
