He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, taking the time to answer all of our questions and ensure we felt confident in our choices before moving forward. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the flooring we selected.
We also want to recognize Greg from Priced Rite, our installer, who was a true professional in every sense. His work was thorough, meticulous, and detail-oriented. It was clear that he takes great pride in his craft, and he went the extra mile to ensure the installation was done to the highest standard.

We love our new carpet from Express Flooring!
We chose a durable, pet-friendly carpet in Cuddle Grecian Tan—not too dark, not too light—and it fits our warm, relaxed style perfectly. The upgraded padding makes it incredibly comfortable, and knowing it comes with a lifetime warranty on both the product and installation gives us peace of mind.
The installation covered our office, living room, hallways, and family room, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Our design consultant, Neil Deins, was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He walked us through all our options, worked within our budget without upselling, and clearly explained what was included in the price: moving furniture, new baseboards, and floor preparation.
We’re so happy with the result and the experience. The carpet feels great underfoot, looks beautiful, and has truly elevated the comfort of our home. We’d absolutely recommend Express Flooring to anyone looking for quality, transparency, and great service.

It was an extraordinary experience. First off the salesperson that comes by to do measurements and inform was so charming and knowledgeable.
The installer follow through as a promise to call me how far before he was here. Of which he did. Very punctual very professional. They were so super hard all day 10 or 11 hours somewhere in there.
It looks beautiful and I'm so happy. I totally recommend using them for your flooring needs.

We had our floors done a few weeks ago and I cannot express how much I love how fast the work was done an how clean they kept it they moved all the furniture and they were very professional at everything they did.
And it was all done in a very timely manner got it done in one day. I highly recommend.
I have to give them a very good good thank you because everything came out beautifully.

The Brick Stone Tile crew were excellent. They checked every detail and even rechecked items. They cleaned everything before leaving my house. I highly recommend this company. I know if I ever need anything, this is the company I will call! I am so happy and pleased with their services. They truly care and it shows in their work. Yair, Gerson and Yahel were all extremely polite, respectful of our home and exceptional customer service with an awesome job to where our home looks very professional and new and my wife and I couldn't be more happy!! When we ever need flooring done again we will not hesitate to use y'all for all.of our flooring needs!! In 2 to 3 weeks y'all will be replacing our tile flooring throughout the rest of the house and I know without a shadow of a doubt it will look amazing as well with same feelings as our carpet does. Thanks to Stephanie our representative that came out and gave us our estimate for our new carpet and then again for an estimate to replace all the bathrooms, dining room and kitchen to completely finish the entire house. I’ve had a lot of work done on my homes over the years by different contractors, and I can honestly say that Gabriel and his crew with Express Flooring were one of the most professional, efficient, and dynamic teams I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, they were upfront, honest, and incredibly real about the entire process.
The quality of the work and the way they handled everything truly deserves more than five stars if that were possible. If you’re planning to use Express Flooring, do yourself a favor and ask for Gabriel and his crew specifically. They’re absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend them.

I absolutely would recommend Express flooring for all your needs!! They were professional and completed OUTSTANDING work!! I was so impressed and completely blown away by the speed of their work with top tier quality. From the consultation visit down to the team installation and clean up. I couldn’t believe they could get my entire house ( 5 bedrooms, 5 closets a massive size loft, hallway and stairs) done in one day but they did!! Not to mention how productive, professional and helpful this crew was. They moved my furniture with care and respect and made sure it got put back together when they were done and in the correct spots. I had my bedroom flooring installed by Express Flooring, and I’m very pleased with the entire experience. The job was completed in just one day—they efficiently moved everything out, installed the flooring, and put everything back without wasting any time.
The crew worked quickly and professionally, and the quality of the installation was excellent. I was a little unsure about the color I chose at first, but now that it’s in, I actually like it more than I expected!
If you’re looking for a company that delivers quality work in a timely manner, Express Flooring is definitely the way to go.

Express Flooring did an amazing job at replacing the carpet on my stairs and other areas in my home. This was scheduled as a 2 day job but they sent 3 guys and they knocked it out in 1 day. The moved the necessary furniture and cleaned up afterwards. My floors and stairs look great.

For the most part we are happy with the job done with the Laminate floors, it we ran into a little hiccup with the tile . The tile was done and had to be completely removed because the tile lines were not line up correctly. the tile crew did come in full force in one day to rectify the issue and came out great. The only other issue was our glass top electric stove got damaged which is not cheap to replace or repair.

We are so happy we went with Express Flooring. We feel we got a superior product at a very fair price, compared to the other flooring companies we were talking to. Angel and his crew did an amazing job! We were so fortunate to have the crew we had. Express Flooring crew of Gerado, Jesus, and Esa did a fabulous job of replacing the carpet in our bedrooms and office with luxury vinyl planking. We were told it would take two days. However, they arrived at 8:15 and were completely done at 5:30 pm. No second day needed. They were pleasant, hard workers, and Gerado answered our questions. The floors look great! They carefully removed baseboards and moved large furniture and returned everything to their original position. It was a pleasant experience.

From start to finish, Express Flooring gave us a stress-free and positive experience. Their staff was clearly knowledgeable about their business and very helpful. The installers were respectful and went above and beyond in ensuring that our flooring was installed well, even taking the time to sand and seal significant foundation cracks that were revealed after removing the carpet, recutting an old broken tile so that it fit better with our new installation, as well as other thoughtful actions. They are fast and affordable and we are already recommending them to friends!

I am so grateful for the two men who installed our flooring. They went above and beyond from start to finish. They took their time to make sure every plank was placed naturally and seamlessly, especially since we used matching planks throughout the space. They paid close attention to detail, checked in with us along the way, and made sure we were completely happy with how everything looked.
They also handled all the heavy lifting—moving furniture, covering our cabinets and counters with tarps, and keeping the work area clean. Their professionalism, skill, and care truly made the entire process stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend them!

The entire new carpet experience was top notch. The salesperson took an interest in our small project, explained all options, and made valid recommendations. He listened to our concerns, and showed a willingness to work with us, and not just make a sale. The installer showed up on time, asked us to inspect the carpet roll before the install started. We moved all the furniture the night before, it is just our way. The installer offered to move the furniture back after the install, no one has ever offered this in the past. All in all, this was a very good experience, and I will use Express Flooring again. I've had carpet install experiences for over 40 years of home ownership, this experience was the best.

The two floor specialists that installed our whole house carpet were excellent and only
stopped for a 1/2 hour lunch break, total non stop hard work for two long days. They knew their jobs, pulling up the old carpet,cleaning up the dirt and dust that was every where, measuring and cutting the padding and carpet outside and cleaning up all remnant pieces as they went. They did a living room, dining room, a long and wide hallway to our family room, a master bedroom with large walk-in closet, a second bedroom converted to a multi craft room with a walk-in closet, a third guest bedroom
with a walk-in closet, a fourth bedroom converted to a large office with two desks and computers, files etc., oh a closet in the hallway !
I wanted to show the amounted in three long days, what a bargain we received from
Express. If I still had my business I would steal these two workers!

The process to get started and make my decision on accepting your company went smooth. Ms Crystalee C was very helpful in this process. The workers were professional, respectful, and provided Class A service. We are very satisfied with the work done and hopefully the material will last as advertised. We were impressed by the work the two individuals performed and all in one day! Other companies were stating that it would take them 4-5 days and all my furniture would have to move to the garage (crazy), this was one turn-off from the other companies, besides the price... So thank you for the service and yes, I will pass on the good word.

Express Floors will bring samples to your home and they make it easy to select a product. The problem is that you do not have the opportunity to walk on the floors to see how they will feel underfoot, and how they will sound when you live on them. We purchased Mohawk RevWood Plus and had it installed throughout our house. Within just a couple of hours living on them, we realized we had made an $18,500 mistake. The floors look good, but we absolutely hate how they sound. They have a loud, cheap, hollow, "tippy tappy" sound when we walk on them. When our dogs walk on them, the click clack sound is ridiculously loud and drives us crazy. We are now looking at having the new floors ripped up and figuring out an alternative. If we had known how bad they would sound, we would never have selected this product. We hate the new floors. So far, my efforts to get Express Floors customer service to even send anyone out have been ignored. Each time I call they say someone will call me, but it has been a week now and so far that hasn't happened. That said, the team of installers was hard working, polite, and reliable.

Everything went very smoothly. The installation personnel were excellent. They moved the furniture, placed the pad and carpet with as few seams as possible, and then put everything back . They never stopped working, 6 hours was all it took to do 3 brm and hall. They vacuumed the new carpet and cleaned up the mess. We were very pleased.

Express Flooring Tucson
Initial install was not well coordinated, lack of communication from customer service people to keep me updated as to install dates and times. I had to initiate most communication to find this information out. Vinyl planking installation was does well. Carpet installation could have been better, some errors were made. After 2 years I had to pay $250 to have the carpet re-stretched. Overall I am satisfied with the product. However, as noted previous communication from them was poor and would have been better had they covered the re-stretch under the warranty.

Cade, the first person we met at Express was professional, friendly and considerate.
We were given a great price to do 4 rooms, pantry and bedroom closet. The installers removed baseboards, carpet and demo-ed tile, and leveled the floors with cement before installing my beautiful wood laminate. My house looks outstanding! Love the color and quality! I do recommend them to anyone who asks!
