Rodriqueo, was great, he went over and above my expectations! He’s a great employee. I was glad he was heading up my installation of my carpet and they finished tear out of the old carpet and moving the heavy furniture out Installed the new pad and carpet and then moved the heavy furniture back in. It was scheduled for two days and they finished in one. Thanks to Rodrigo’s planning and organization. The two other installers were courtesy. Thanks for sending Rodrigo and these installers!

This was our second time using them at our house. The first time was installing carpet in all five bedrooms. Everything went flawless sells people are amazing. Installers are very polite, fast and professional this year. We had them install beautiful wood looking tile in my sign space they did amazing it looks exactly like my existing flooring in my home. Also, last year we my son had them install flooring on his complete downstairs. We did have a small hiccup there, but they fixed it. We would definitely utilize this company again and again the referral program is amazing.

Sales rep Justin was very knowledgeable and did not pressure the sales rep, The installation team Gustavo was wonderful remove the baseboard with care , made sure there was no lumps or bumps in the floor , replaced baseboard correctly floor look beautiful,. This was a large job and the installation by Juan and his assistant was excellent. It was a two day job, they took minimal breaks to eat, other than that they worked a hard 20.5 hours. As my personal work life consisted of managing and working alongside my employees , Juan and Jonathan could work for me anytime ! Great service from beginning to end! The three gentleman that came to our house worked tirelessly to pull up all the tile (lots) and carpet. From beginning to end between the customer rep to the installers Express Flooring personnel were professional and communicated very clearly the process and what each next stage was. Just as important they were able to offer a flooring solution within the bounds of our financial budget. We will be using them again in the near future when we change out some carpet. While we live in Tucson I have recommended EF to my father in Las Vegas who is looking to change some of his flooring.

I love my floors!! From start to finish, from sales to install, Express Flooring has been great to work with! When I met with the sales rep. I didn’t know what I was looking for. But he explained all my options clearly and I chose a floor and and price that worked for me. Scheduling was quick and easy. The office kept me updated regarding what I should expect and arrival the time. Iban and his crew arrived on time each day. They were respectful and accommodating and did the work quickly and professionally. Each time they left, the house was swept and the tools were put away. What an amazing experience! I liked everything about my experience with Express Flooring, and my husband would agree with me. This was our very first home improvement project and it went smoothly from start to finish. Simon, the consultant came to our home with flooring and baseboard samples for us to choose from. He was very patient, polite and professional. He answered all of our questions, took a quick measurement, promised us an accurate deadline for completion and departed. On the scheduled date of install, Guillermo and his team of installers came in to perform their job in record time. Their precision and attention to detail was astonishing. When the install was completed, we were given details as to how to maintain our floors, an awesome Warranty and an invitation voucher for a condo stay. We even received a follow up call afterwards to find out if everything went ok with the install and if we had any further questions or concerns about the install that was performed. We highly recommend Express Flooring for your next flooring project. We will definitely have them come out for our next project.

It was like a dreaming, I reluctantly contact them over the internet, and when the got back, I reluctantly took the call thinking it would be the usual internet scammers, but to my greatest surprise, the scheduled a free on-site consultation and boom! They showed up, and the agent was friendly and professional. Made measurements, this calculation and all the deductible bonuses and I ended up getting 3 times cheaper than the previous people I consulted. Now here this, I was even qualified for a one year speed credit payment for a 1st user. I have told all my friends to use them, they are simply great!

I was very impressed with the quality of the product. The gentleman was very friendly and very concerned I was impressed with the work and if I had any questions and made sure he was very careful with my doors. I even asked him a personal question about my walnut chairs and the kind of stain I should use to cover some of the flaws. He informed me they now have pens of the stain color and how to apply it to make my chairs look new again. He went above and beyond his job qualifications to please his customer. I would recommend him to anyone looking for new flooring. Personality and kindness also help sell a good product.

BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! They will take your money and everything will seem great but they will ghost you as soon as something goes wrong! And something will go wrong!!! Their materials and installation seem affordable and look nice for the first couple months but the "extremely durable" LVP floors start to warp and look like they will pop up at any moment. I paid $21,000 for my whole home to be completed and I'm not even done paying them off and I am fuming!!!! The man that handles the claims (limmy Yates) is extremely incompetent and told us twice he filed a claim for us and when I talk to the woman that answers the phone she has no record of it!! We had a whole conversation with him and he thought we were a totally different customer and just seemed so confused and kept saying he was the only one that handles claims and so we were patient for the first 4 month, but this has been going on since September and it is now March and there has been ZERO progress!!!!! We all work hard for the money we have so l'm begging you don't waste your hard earned money on this "company"!! I feel so cheated!!!! I'm sure some bot or someone that doesn't even work for the company will respond to this saying "I'm so sorry you had this experience" Don't waste your time!!! Nothing you can say at this point will make me ever recommend this company! I will shout from the roof tops for consumers to run as far away as possible!!!!! Express flooring should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for stealing money from so many consumers!!!!!

Crew not prepared. Day 1 required leaving site to pick up additional items needed to begin work, did not begin that day until around 1 pm. Although crew stated work would begin between 8-9, daily arrival time later than expected, quite often 10:00 or later. Although too early to more completely examine product and workmanship, flooring material seems of good quality. Several areas require attention, which expect to be addressed. Express staff seem seem responsive to my questions and concerns.

I am immensely pleased with my experience with Express Flooring. From the time my wife and I met with the designer for an estimate until the end of the project, our project went fast and extremely efficient. The laminate flooring we selected is beautiful and the installation was very professionally done. Some of the baseboards were damaged as they were removed because they were glued on by the previous contractor. Express Flooring didn't think twice about replacing them at no cost to us. The new baseboards are better looking and were nailed on, as they should have been deforestation. I highly recommend Express Flooring for your flooring needs
