The company is more interested in getting their negotiating fees than settling the debts . That’s is why they negotiate the biggest accounts first and leave the smaller one for last. Nothing really like their sales pitch “ get you out of debt fast.” Wish I had known this sooner. Not recommended!

So far it's only a 1 star, hopefully it will go up soon. I started with NDR if August, not 1 card has been closed, and when I ask the agent when is this going to get started never answers me, poor communication. I'm still getting phone calls from the creditors every day. SO FAR NOT IMPRESS AT ALL

Horrible...... Please do not use this company. Look elsewhere, please. This company took over $1,000 fee for "negotiation fee," before even making one payment towards the creditor. Also, when I ended my agreement with them they decided to take ALL of the money left in my "third party account....." You will not get anything back.....

I would not recommend national debt relief to any other customer. After some great success with one creditor they total lost all trust negiotiating a second settlement. In fact after all is said and done I will pay more out then my original debt amount.

Signing up with National Debt relief has been a terrible mistake and one I would advise everybody else to stay away from. It has been over 6 moths and they have settled little debt for me and not delivered on their promises. The only reason they got a single star is because the program does not allow a 1/2 star

If there were minus stars I’d give them -100! They left me in bigger debit than I already was. Then they refer you to a finance company where the interest in the loan is so high you’ll never pay it off. I do not recommend this company. They take everything you think is going towards your debit.

NDR has been working since December 2016 on settling my two debts. So far in just fees, I have paid over $1600!!! They fee you to death. I would not recommend this company. Read the fine print before going with anyone. Consolidation Plus is a good company I have been told. I wish I could get out of this nightmare.
