I think I would have been better off working with the creditors. In the end after getting me to trash my credit, NDR advises me to take a loan that didn't save me much. I feel like I have been scammed. But hooray only 96 payments to go.

Run! Horrible they will be greedy and take their fees first instead of giving the biggest amount the the creditors. I would not recommend them at all you are better off settling with your creditors and saving your self thousand in fees and if you opt out they won’t give you your money back.

Very slow with making settlement arrangements and payments. There are hidden fees that were not mentioned upon signing with NDR. Creditors are calling me asking to settle because no one from NDR has called. But yet. I deposit money every two weeks in my account. This is the worst decision I ever made

Thank you for reaching out to share your experience. We break down our fee structure in the Debt Relief Agreement signed at enrollment---we can send you a copy if you are unable to locate yours. I am unable to locate your specific account without some more information such as your state of residence, so I cannot speak to the specifics of your time frame, but we do advise at enrollment that it can take 4-6 months for negotiations to begin as your dedicate savings account needs to build funds. If it has been longer than that we definitely want to get to the bottom of it.
