They have automatic reply when I send documents to them, which is mostly all I’ve done. I did get notified of a settlement, which is great. The one thing I did notice though was the last 4 digits of the account were incorrect. They are using the second to the last 4 digits as the account ending number. No big deal as long as it doesn’t complicate anything.

They are so great at what they do. Also I have had to make adjustments and they work with you. I think they are a good company.

I initially called to look into debt consolidation. However the rep I spoke with offered a different option. I was hesitant at first. But what really sold me with this company was the attention and honesty I received from the representatives. They spent hours (literally first call was nearly 2 hrs as was the second) answering my questions, and explaining the pros and cons. Yes the waiting is hard and can be a bit stressful, but I received my first resolved account, and a 45% difference really showed me my future with this company.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. The program was explained thoroughly to me, so I knew what to expect going in. The process is very simple to go through. I have had some trouble figuring out when the amount will be withdrawn from our checking account. I have had excellent customer service with a few exceptions. There seems to be a miscommunication between the web site and the email., leaving me in an awkward position in a couple of times. It was not clear when I changed bank accounts how to do this, and I received inaccurate information.

I was sure excited to hear the amount I was to pay back as opposed to the amount I actually owed! It would have taken many many years to pay the amount I owed.

I like the fact the creditor settle the debate from 13’500 to 6145.90 but I have to pay national debt out of that 2800 so yes I saved but in doing so my credit went down and still cost plenty either way so At 600 a month will be done in a little over a year to pay off national debt now 9500 or so roughly Did save some money but was it worth the hassle definitely since the interest rate was so out rages I would of had to pay back way more but at least they got it settled and happy with it.

1) LIKES: They provide legal representation if you get taken to court by any of your creditors that they have accepted/enrolled in your program. They allowed me to make no payments for 90 days when my employer cut my paycheck by 40% because of COVID-19. 2) DISKLIKES: When they tell me how much I saved, they overstate the amount because they never deduct their fee (20% of initial balance) from the amount I supposedly saved. Example: I had a debt of $5,486 that they negotiated down to $4,300. They told me I "saved" the difference of $1,186. They fee they charged me to do this was $1,097. Overall, the true savings to my checking account was only $89! BOTTOM LINE: THEY HABITUALLY MISREPRESENT/OVERSTATE THE AMOUNT OF "SAVINGS" THAT THEY DELIVER TO THEIR CUSTOMERS BY OMITTING THIER FEES.
