So far so good, they are resolving debts for me. I am very happy about that, I just wish it was a little faster process, seems they are handling them one by one, I guess that's their process. I am trying to be patient and trust the process. Also, they list the original debt amounts not the current debt amounts, that can be a little misleading as to what is actually being resolved with each creditor, other than that I am happy with the results so far.

I am paying less, and saving money, thankfully. But I have been enrolled for months with only 2 settlement offers so far. The monthly fee to them seems pretty high too, however, that is how they make their money so that would explain why it takes over 6 months to get a settlement offer. I have known friends that used other companies and had their payoffs completed in 2 years or so and I am expected to pay for 4 years...that is ALOT of fee money collected. But again, I am able to save some money since enrolling, so I can't complain too much. Not bad over all, just seems to be slow to settle in order to collect those fees.

Everyone I have talk with has been so very nice. I have been using the company for only a month and a half and they have been able to reach a settlement with 1 of the account's. I have never used a program like this before and I'm so glad they came across my path. I am feeling quite hopeful.

This company has good experience at debit settlement. I’ve had two debts negated into settlement with 40-50 percent reduction. They don’t start negations as quick as I thought they would. There are two more debts I contracted with them to settle and it’s been eight months and nothing yet. Overall I am happy with them. It’s just slower than they said it world be.

I started out with close to $20,000 of unsecured debt. NDR (National Debt Relief) brought that down to half. I began with a 4 year repayment plan, but I will be done way before that. It does wreck your credit rating but I want to be debt free so don’t really need that right now. My payments to NDR are less than half I was originally paying. Worth it for me!

So far it has been a good experience. Everyone is very nice & knowledgeable when I call with questions. The only thing I don’t like is my credit took a really bad hit. I went from a 725 to barely 500. I know it was my choice because I needed assistance with some loans I had taken out I’m the past other than that it’s a great program.

From the beginning the man I was dealing with was very positive and optimistic. I became confident in the program. I don't understand why my creditors keep calling me once they have been notified I am in the program. What are the creditors trying to achieve? When I asked this question why do they do this? Ndf said it was their job. That makes no sense to me. I do like the deals I have been offered so far. One company Upstart has sold my debt to someone else. Are they allowed to do that?

They are knocking down this crazy high interest credit cards and loans. They took a week or two to get my last debt in the program but I am happy to see it in there and I will get no more phone calls. All the agents are really nice and you don't have to wait a all for a agent.
