The fact the customer service representative listened to me when I informed her how upset I was made by one of the creditors, the way I was spoken to by that person had me in complete tears and just repeating what I was told to the NDR customer service representative only made me upset all over again and the tears fell again. I was so grateful for the time,patience and empathy the NDR customer service representative showed me. I was scared to death after speaking with that creditor I called their corporate office and informed them of the conversation that I had with the agent at the local branch office and needless to say the person at the corporate office could not believe I was spoken to in such a manner letalone the things that were said to me. I really and truly appreciated the service I was provided from NDR.

National Debt Relief has been amazing in helping me to become debt free again. I went overboard on my spending habits and I had it under control for a while, but then I had an unforeseen hardship and minimum monthly payments were not enough to pay down my debts. I started this program in May. These were my stats then: Enrolled Debt - $18,849.11 Active Debt - $13,931.11 Resolved Debt - $4,918.00 That much difference already! You cannot imagine what a relief this is for me, to know I will be out of debt sooner than I ever could have been doing it all alone. And to no longer getting ugly calls and nastygrams, because you take care of things like that. I will ever be grateful for this program and glad it was explained so carefully I had no qualms at all about signing up for it.

So far in the process, I'm 3 months in They managed to negotiate my debt down from $11,000, to now $4449. Still waiting to find out what discover card has to say. But I trust in national debt relief and the way they are handling going to bat for me against the creditors. It means a lot for all their teams assistants. The company has managed to do something that can get me debt free in 2 years for $184 per month from a trust savings account they set you up with. My experience has been overall positive working with NDR. My main point of feedback would be more visibility into when communication has been made between NDR and a creditor. Customer Service has very limited visibility to what the negotiation team is doing and having some piece of mind about when that team has had some initial contact with a credit would help immensely throughout the stressful process of fielding aggressive creditor communication on the client's end. The most detail I can receive when connecting with Customer Service is that "The negotiators have been in contact with your creditor and they will begin settlement when you have 50% of the debt saved."
