I like that I don't have to talk to these creditors to resolve my issue. It took lots of anxiety off my plate. I also checked my credit score and with what is being done for me has improved my score already. I am learning better money practices for sure. They keep me updated with emails and are always available to help me when I have a question.

I didn’t think there was any end in sight with my high interest credit cards and my high debt and I seen an ad for national debt relief and decided to make a phone call and I’m here to tell you that was the best phone call I’ve ever made in my life in 2 1/2 years. It's a shame to have to do this but better than bankruptcy. It tarnishes your credit for a bit but leaves you with the ability to rebuild it when it's done. Also to survive better and know you tried to repay some of what's owed making a better trusting future. Like most I wish it could be done faster but knowing the better outcome helps to get through it all. They handle all of it with any help needed and creates a better outcome to your needs during the process. I have 3yrs 8mo's to pay which is so much better than 13 or more yrs without help.

The fact the customer service representative listened to me when I informed her how upset I was made by one of the creditors, the way I was spoken to by that person had me in complete tears and just repeating what I was told to the NDR customer service representative only made me upset all over again and the tears fell again. I was so grateful for the time,patience and empathy the NDR customer service representative showed me. I was scared to death after speaking with that creditor I called their corporate office and informed them of the conversation that I had with the agent at the local branch office and needless to say the person at the corporate office could not believe I was spoken to in such a manner letalone the things that were said to me. I really and truly appreciated the service I was provided from NDR.

I made the first contact with NDR. They did not solicit their services to me. The initial meeting was very informative and let me exactly what to expect. They have done an excellent job of negotiating a payoff amount and setting up payment arrangements. They take a specific amount of money from my bank account with my authorization each pay. As it accumulates they call the debtor and negotiate a payment plan and a decrease in the amount owed. So far, I am very pleased with the information I receive and the service I get.

I was on the fence about filing for bankruptcy until I found NDR. Their program is so affordable and their customer service is amazing. National Debt Relief has been amazing in helping me to become debt free again. I went overboard on my spending habits and I had it under control for a while, but then I had an unforeseen hardship and minimum monthly payments were not enough to pay down my debts. My experience has been overall positive working with NDR. My main point of feedback would be more visibility into when communication has been made between NDR and a creditor. Customer Service has very limited visibility to what the negotiation team is doing and having some piece of mind about when that team has had some initial contact with a credit would help immensely throughout the stressful process of fielding aggressive creditor communication on the client's end. The most detail I can receive when connecting with Customer Service is that "The negotiators have been in contact with your creditor and they will begin settlement when you have 50% of the debt saved."

Nothing short of AMAZING! I cannot express how much I appreciate NDR. They have completely taken the stress of my debt off my shoulders and run point on all negotiations on my behalf. No more aggressive phone calls from debtors and i don't have to do anything, besides make regular set bi-monthly payments (which are automatically withdrawn).
