I don't like not being able to talk to anyone. The only live person I spoke to was when I signed up. I have questions about offers being sent to me to pay off debt. When I accept them it takes to me a page of blank sections and ask me to approve. That is very frustrating when you are speaking to anyone.

changing bank accounts is cumbersome. I emailed twice and kept being told a certain time frame I could change it. I did that and was still told no. I had to call and get it straightened out. The CS rep was difficult to understand. Language barrier for me.

Their customer service team isn't that great, and it seems they don't know what they're discussing. The last time I had to call them, the gentleman I was talking to kept having to put me on hold to find answers. At the end of the conversation, he told me that his manager would call me in a couple of minutes, but they never did.

Overall, good. I wish they would have disclosed and not mislead that creditors would still be calling and the whole debt prcess would continue until they get around to calling each debtor. I was told they would begin immediately That was not the case.
