As the contract was in its final year, my payments had to be doubled or add another year. I am sure that somewhere in the contract said that the amount agreed on could be adjusted. But to double payments seems like someone did not compute correctly.

I found it on line. They are not horrible, it's just lack of communication. I get messages that they will be taking out more money because of an agreement they made with a retailer, however, in between that I hear nothing about the progress or where I stand. I know I can go on line, however, I'm old school. I like talking live.
