Ive had a such a great experience. The team working on my case has been consistent with communication each sep of the way. I do recommend paying the extra amount for the "Veritas Legal Plan" as its additional protection against the harassment of collection agencies. I gave 4 instead of 5 because of the payment platform and untimely connection with participating partnerships such as Veritas Legal. One payment is submitted monthly and if you opt to utilize Veritas Legal, then your payment towards that service is included in the total paid monthly to Liberty Debt Relief. However, occasionally, I am contacted regarding late payments to Veritas even if my payments to Liberty Debt were made in a timely manner. Situations like this created a lot of confusion, I reached out to customer service to have a better understanding and have been assured to trust the process. The first couple months can be difficult, but the results are there. If you're in a difficult spot and need to lower your monthly payments from debt, Liberty Debt Relief can provide support.

The relationship started out a little rocky because there were multiple people calling, emailing, & contacting me and it created a sense of disorganization and made me feel they were somewhat suspicious. The whole forth portal thing was vaguely described and totally user -Unfriendly. It has taken forever to get one of my creditors to accept a lower payout even though I was never behind or late on any of my payments. All I wanted to accomplish was a lower interest rate as my cards were very high interest rates. I spoke with Ms. Natalie and she magically made everything better by thoroughly explaining everything, streamlining my process and giving me a rate reduction for the lackluster experience I've had. I feel much better about my decision thanks to Ms.Natalie.

If I would have known that nothing would happen for months, no payments or contact with my debtors and allowing all those late payments to happen I would have never signed up with Liberty. I was struggling but i was at least paying the minimum amount each month. Liberty allowed 3 months of late payments and I still have creditors calling me. I am even more stressed than i was before.

I feel that it started out with one price that I felt was expensive, but it would help me out and I thought that would be the end of it. That’s just that one price 400 OK but now it’s going up 600. Then it’s gonna go up again

It was on one of my apps and the woman I worked with said that was the best one for me last year Liberty I don’t hear anything what’s going on with my accounts unless I call them so I don’t know if I have to stop paying or that paying or what it’s very confusing

I was told when I started this there would not be any extra or added fees, and now I have gotten two calls trying to increase my payment. I keep up with everything and I know if everything stays the same and they accept the two offers on my last two accounts they will still end up making about $4000 dollars.
