Their customer support is great. It cost quite a bit of money. They save you money but then they charge you also accordingly. Basically they save you money on the debt that you owe but then they charge you according to how much they've saved you and so once they charge you you're almost back up to the amount that you owe so you're really not saving that much that's why I wouldn't do it again it really ruined my credit.

Compare our fees to the 100% debt + interest % + late fees + penalty fees if someone can't meet the monthly required minimum payment. We offer a proven solution at an affordable monthly cost that helps our client pay down their entire debt - principle, fees, interest and all. In the long run, the savings are still phenomenal. If consumers continued to pay on their debt, including interest and fees assessed, the balance can be paid on for up to 20 years before it gets resolved! As for credit, the good news is rebuilding credit is far easier to do than get out of a sizable debt problem, which is why clients turn to us in spite of any credit score issues they may incur. Almost everyone can have excellent credit in two years or less, no matter how bad their credit is today.

I have to talk to someone different every time I call. I wish I could have one set person that I could talk to. I was not happy I enrolled with them. A couple of months later they enrolled all my accounts and I'm waiting for my only settlement that they negotiated to go through so I can cancel them for good.

When I called into customer service, you get different answers based on who you talk to. They also haven't kept me informed on updates. They don't keep you informed with accurate information like what money you have given them or how the money has been distributed. For example if a client wishes to be on a bi-weekly deposit that means there will be at least 2 months out of the year that will cause 3 deposits in that month, due to the way the bi-weekly scheduled is it up. We have no control on what client decides on the dates, as we make sure the client is choosing the dates that best fits for them. They didn't keep me informed and then all of a sudden, we would get something in the mail saying such and such has been paid and that was the only way we knew how what they were doing and that part of it, I'm not impressed at all. They did not correspond with us or keep in touch with us until we got ahold of them.

Being in the program we have to notify you as soon as, we have reached a settlement with any of your creditors, as we need your approval before we can move forward with that settlement! Without the clients authorization, once we have a settlement we cannot begin making payments, as the client needs to be aware of the full settlement details. The way we keep clients updated is through via email, text message, logging into the client dashboard, and also by calling the client, if we see the client hasn't responded to our message. We encourage you to log into the client dashboard as you can also see the progress of your accounts.
