Everything about this proceedure seemed kind of suspect to me, but in the end, It really works and takes a TON of pressure off of my mind. I do with that when things are getting close to settled or starting a new settlement that FDR would shoot a short email or something because I did feel in the dark quite often.

I haven't heard from anyone for 3 days since my phone broke in the hospital, and I can't access my dashboard. I feel indifferent about it. It would be helpful to receive letters instead of relying on the computer, as not all of us are tech-savvy. I prefer correspondence through letters to stay informed.

I am really disappointed. I wish I would have found a better way at the time, but my debt experience wasn't very high because I never really got into debt like this before. I felt that I was misguided by the original salesman that I talked to, and he never stood behind his word. I was stuck, I was in debt and this was the way I was going to get any help and I'm really disappointed.
