Overall fairly good but would like to see more payments made sooner, especially when there is money available to you. Failing to send in money timely to Citibank has cost me, had to hire Moore Law to settle this and I have another Citibank account who continue to call.

The advisors are Amazing. Whenever I am anxious or upset because it's a slower process who ever I talk to tell me it's the process. They told me to give creditors their number and email as mine so they take all the calls. It costs but it is worth it. They are helping me pay my debt!

Their customer service is really good. I've only had a couple of occasions when I was told they were going to get back to me and didn't but when I called back everything was resolved. They're really thorough. I had a lawsuit with one of the creditors and they were able to resolve it fairly quickly without any stress on my end.

I am very happy with the company. They are always helpful and I can't wait to have everything paid off. Every time I have called, they have been very helpful. One thing is I wish they would notify any of the debtors that we are clients so they don't think we are trying to renege on them. Other than that they're a great company.
